PBCH decoding with payload change detection
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The method includes monitoring a set of master information block broadcasts from a base station to obtain a first set of samples associated with a first prior target transmission time interval (TTI) and a second set of samples associated with a current TTI, identifying a payload change in the master information block broadcasts between the first set of one or more prior TTIs and the current TTI based on a comparison between the first set of samples and the second set of samples, modifying the first set of samples based on the identified payload change, and decoding a master information block based on a combination of the modified first set of samples and the second set of samples. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

Communications Method And Apparatus
This application discloses a communications method and apparatus The method includes: receiving, by a radio access network (RAN) node, a first message from an access and mobility management function (AMF) node, where the first message includes specified area related information of a terminal device, and the specified area related information is used to indicate a specified area of the terminal device; and when the RAN node determines, based on the specified area related information and first location information of the terminal device, that the terminal device moves out of the specified area, sending, by the RAN node, the first location information or first indication information to the AMF node or an SMF node, where the first indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device already moves out of the specified area.
RAN AREA ID CONFIGURATION
A method comprising configuring a user equipment in a low activity state to operate within a radio access network wherein a radio access network notification area for the user equipment is defined based on a list of logically associated radio access network paging areas, wherein each of the logically associated radio access network paging areas is a subset of a core network tracking area identified by a paging area code value which is unique within the core network associated tracking area.

Network out-of-synchronization state processing method and apparatus, and network access method and apparatus
A network out-of-synchronization state processing method and apparatus, and a network access method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: if a first network device does not receive, in a first time length after the first network device determines that a terminal is in a network out-of-synchronization state, a measurement message reported by a second network device in a signal coverage area of the first network device, instructing at least one second network device in the signal coverage area of the first network device to send paging signaling to the terminal; and setting a network status of the terminal to a detached state if the first network device determines that in a second time length, no second network device in the signal coverage area of the first network device receives a paging response sent by the terminal, and that the terminal is still in the network out-of-synchronization state.

Tunnel Endpoint For Radio Access Network Paging Failure
A first base station receives, from a first core network entity, one or more packets for a wireless device in a radio resource control inactive state. The first base station sends, to a second core network entity and in response to a failure of a radio access network (RAN) paging procedure for the wireless device, a first message indicating the failure of the RAN paging procedure. The first base station receives a second message comprising a tunnel endpoint identifier of a third base station. The first base station sends, to the third base station, the one or more packets based on the tunnel endpoint identifier.
Location area management method and device
A location area management method and a device, the location area management method including receiving, by a single radio controller, a first request message, where the first request message is used by user equipment UE to request a location update, generating, by the single radio controller, a paging area list of the UE according to the first request message, where the paging area list includes a location area identity of a location area of at least one network standard, adding, by the single radio controller, the paging area list of the UE to a first response message, and sending the first response message to the UE.
Systems and methods for providing a notification system architecture
Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media providing highly scalable and fault tolerant notification systems are disclosed. Disclosed notification systems may be configured to: receive a plurality of notification requests including message content and recipient information, which may be allocated to at least one notification engine for processing. A notification engine may be configured to: generate a plurality of attempts corresponding to notification requests allocated for processing by the first notification engine and assign each generated attempt to a particular attempt queue. A plurality of connectors may be configured to: select a set of attempts for transmission from the plurality of attempt queues, transmit the set of attempts via at least one communication network. One or more databases may be provided to store status information associated with processing of notification requests by the first notification engine.
