User-Equipment-Coordination Set for Disengaged Mode
This document describes techniques and apparatuses for a user-equipment-coordination set for disengaged mode (602). In aspects, a base station (121) forms a disengaged-mode-user-equipment coordination set (602) including multiple user equipment (110) operating in a disengaged mode (524). The disengaged-mode-user-equipment coordination set (602) uses joint transmission and reception to communicate with the base station (121). The base station (121) communicates control-plane information to an individual user equipment (110) or multiple user equipment (110) in the disengaged-mode-user-equipment coordination set (602).

Coordinated notifications
A device may broadcast an indication of an activity level of the device. The device may also receive a notification of an incoming message and receive at least one broadcast from at least one additional device also receiving the notification of the incoming message including an indication of at least one activity level of the at least one additional device. The device may compare its own activity level with the received at least one activity level. In response to determining that the activity level of the device is equal to or greater than a highest received at least one activity level, the device may display the notification of the incoming message.

Method and device in UE and base station for wireless communication
The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communication. The UE first receives first information, the first information indicating a first list and a second list, and then the UE monitors paging information in at least one of a first serving cell and a second serving cell; an area identifier corresponding to the first serving cell belongs to the first list, and an area identifier corresponding to the second serving cell belongs to the second list; and the first list and the second list can be updated separately. Through the designs of the first list and the second list and updating the first list and the second list separately, the disclosure improves the efficiency of mobility management at network side and the maintenance of tracking areas and reduces the complexity of paging design, and thus improves the overall performance.
Communication system
In a communication system, a plurality of base stations includes an MeNB being a first base station, and a plurality of SeNBs to be connected to the MeNB. At least one of control plane data about control of communication and user plane data about a user is transmitted to and received from a user equipment (UE) via the first base station being the MeNB. The control plane data and the user plane data are contained in information provided by a core network about communication with the UE. The communication system can simplify processing of at least one of control plane data and user plane data when a communication terminal device communicates with a plurality of base station devices.

Leveraging fifth generation (5G) cellular capabilities for transmission and reception of emergency notifications and responses
Aspects of the disclosure relate to transmission of emergency event notifications and reception of responses corresponding to the emergency event notifications. A computing platform may receive emergency event information. The computing device may identify, based on the emergency event information, a first target device. The computing device may transmit, a first notification to the first target device. Thereafter, the computing device may receive, from the first target device, a response corresponding to the first notification. The computing device may identify, based on the first response and the emergency event information, a second target device. Then, the computing device may transmit a second notification to the second target device. The second notification may comprise information that is different from information in the first notification.
