Apparatus and method for subframe arrangement
One embodiment is directed to a method comprising generating at least one symbol of a subframe for control information based on a first subcarrier spacing; generating at least one data symbol of the subframe based on a second subcarrier spacing; and transmitting the subframe comprising the at least one symbol for control information and at least one data symbol. Another embodiment is directed to a method comprising receiving a subframe comprising at least one symbol for control information and at least one data symbol; decoding the at least one symbol for control information based on a first subcarrier spacing; and obtaining from the decoded at least one symbol information regarding a second subcarrier spacing used on the at least one data symbol.
Method and apparatus for generating a protocol data unit
Methods and apparatuses are provided for generating a protocol data unit (PDU). An apparatus may comprise a processor configured to provide a medium access control (MAC) entity and a segmentation entity. The MAC entity may indicate an amount of data associated with the segmentation entity to be multiplexed by the MAC entity. The segmentation entity may segment, based on the indicated amount of data, a service data unit (SDU) into a segment, and the MAC entity may multiplex the segment into a MAC protocol data unit (PDU). The MAC PDU may include a field that indicates whether the segment is included and whether the segment is a last segment. The apparatus may further comprise a transmitter configured to transmit the MAC PDU.
Bi-directional beam refinement coordination for wireless systems
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device may transmit, to a second device in the wireless network, a first indication of a sequence of one or more beam training phases for a beam training procedure between the first device and the second device. The first device may receive, from the second device, a second indication corresponding to the beam training procedure in response to transmitting the first indication. Both devices may communicate, based on the first and second indications, one or more signals with the second device via one or more communication beams to perform the one or more beam training phases as part of the beam training procedure, the communicating the one or more signals in accordance with the sequence of the one or more beam training phases.
Methods and apparatuses for SPS HARQ-ACK transmission
A method by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a radio resource control (RRC) configuration carrying a configuration for a first downlink (DL) channel and an uplink (UL) channel, receiving the first DL channel and a second DL channel, and canceling the UL channel when a timing condition between the first DL channel and the second DL channel is satisfied.
UE specific beamforming for narrowband communications
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which beamforming may be configured at a user equipment (UE) for narrowband communications. The UE may be a narrowband UE that may provide an indication to a base station that the UE is capable of performing beamforming communication for a unicast channel transmission. Such an indication may be provided in response to the UE receiving a non-beamformed broadcast channel transmission from the base station via a first carrier. The base station may receive the indication and configure the UE with a beamformed narrowband communications scheme. Such a beamformed formed narrowband communications scheme may be used for narrowband downlink shared channel communications, narrowband downlink control channel communications, or combinations thereof. In some cases, beamformed communications may be configured on a different carrier than the first carrier. The base station and UE may then communicate using beamformed transmissions.
Method and apparatus for sidelink communication based on feedback
An operation method of a receiving terminal in sidelink communications may comprise: receiving one or more transport blocks (TBs) from a transmitting terminal; generating hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) responses for code block groups (CBGs) included in each of the one or more TBs; selecting one or more HARQ responses from among the HARQ responses based on priorities; and transmitting the one or more HARQ responses to the transmitting terminal through a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource.

MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A mobile communication method according to the present invention includes the steps of: sending “INVITE” from a UE#1 to a P-CSCF/VATF in a visited network of the UE#1; sending “INVITE” from the P-CSCF/VATF to an IMS; and allocating, by the P-CSCF/VATF, an MGW#1 to the path for voice communications.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COMMUNICATING DEVICE-TO-DEVICE
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more specifically, to a method and a device for communicating device-to-device. The method for a first device to transmit a signal to a second device according to one embodiment of the present invention enables the first device to request to a base station a resource allocation for transmitting the signal to the second device, receive from the base station scheduling information for transmitting the signal to the second device, and the signal can be transmitted from the first device to the second device on the basis of the scheduling information, wherein the scheduling information includes information on an uplink resource for transmitting the signal from the first device to the second device.
