The method can include receiving, from a primary transmit receive point (TRP), a message. The method may include transmitting, to the primary TRP, an indication of a capability to receive a multi-TRP transmission of a message 4 of a random access procedure. The indication may be a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble.
TWO-STEP RANDOM ACCESS CHANNEL SIGNALING
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate a report for one or more two-step random access channel (RACH) procedures between the UE and a base station (BS), wherein the RACH report includes at least one of an indication of a quantity of message A (MsgA) payloads transmitted during the one or more two-step RACH procedures on each beam of one or more beams associated with the BS, an indication of one or more parameters associated with each MsgA communication transmitted during the one or more two-step RACH procedures, or an indication of whether a respective signal strength for each beam, associated with the one or more two-step RACH procedures, satisfies a signal strength threshold. The UE may transmit the report to the BS. Numerous other aspects are provided.
Method and apparatus for muting signaling in a wireless communication network
A positioning node determines a muting configuration used by one or more base stations for controlling muting of positioning reference signals. The positioning reference signals are transmitted at recurring positioning occasions from the one or more base stations to radio equipment in a wireless communication network. The muting configuration is determined from signaling received from the one or more base stations. The positioning node sends the muting configuration information as higher-layer signaling for receipt by the radio equipment receiving the positioning reference signals. The muting configuration information includes a muting occasion parameter indicating positioning occasions to which muting applies, and each of the positioning occasions comprise two or more consecutive subframes that repeat at a predetermined periodicity.
Method for transmitting uplink signal and apparatus supporting method in wireless communication system supporting non-licensed band
Discloses are a method for a terminal for transmitting an uplink signal to a base station and an apparatus supporting the method in a licensed assisted access (LAA) system in which a base station or a terminal transmits listen-before-talk (LBT)-based signals. Specifically, disclosed are a method for a terminal transmitting an uplink signal by executing a particular LBT action and an apparatus supporting the method if the uplink signal is transmitted by the terminal by sharing a maximum channel occupancy time (MCOT) with a base station.
Communications device, infrastructure equipment and methods
A communications device transmits data in preconfigured resources of an uplink of a wireless communications network by performing a procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink, and if the communications device determines that it can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources, transmitting signals representing the data in the preconfigured resources. The procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink includes a transmission parameter confirmation procedure which confirms that a value of one or more transmission parameters to be used for transmitting the signals representing the data can be used for the signals representing the data to be detected by an infrastructure equipment of the wireless communications network.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LISTEN BEFORE TALK FOR SIDELINK TRANSMISSION IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
In an example from the perspective of a first User Equipment (UE), in response to performing successful listen before talk (LBT), the first UE determines a channel occupancy time (COT). The first UE determines whether or not a second sidelink transmission, to be performed by a second UE, is within the COT. The first UE determines information, associated with LBT type and/or cyclic prefix (CP) extension, for inclusion in a first sidelink transmission in the COT, wherein whether the information includes first information associated with LBT type and/or CP extension or the information includes second information associated with LBT type and/or CP extension is based on the determination of whether or not the second sidelink transmission is within the COT. The UE transmits, to the second UE, the first sidelink transmission in the COT. The first sidelink transmission includes the information. The second sidelink transmission is associated with the first sidelink transmission.
Framework and method for dynamic channel selection for IEEE 802.15.4z
A method and apparatus of a first network entity in a wireless communication system supporting a ranging channel operation is provided. The method and apparatus comprises: identifying, at a higher layer, a RCPCS IE to indicate a sub-band to be selected for the ranging channel operation, wherein the RCPCS IE includes a CCI of a CCI timer; generating, at the higher layer, a MCPS-DATA.request primitive including the RCPCS IE, wherein the MCPS-DATA.request primitive is transmitted to a MAC layer; in response to receiving, at the MAC layer, the MCPS-DATA.request primitive from the higher layer, generate data including the RCPCS IE; transmitting, to a second network entity, the data including the RCPCS IE, wherein the RCPCS IE includes a CRCT that is configured as a duration for maintaining the sub-band; and receiving an acknowledgement corresponding to the data including the RCPCS IE.
Aggregated-MPDU, method for transmitting response frame thereto, and wireless communication terminal using same
The present invention relates to a method for transmitting an aggregate MPDU and a response frame thereto and a wireless communication terminal using the same, and more particularly, to a wireless communication method and a wireless communication terminal for setting various formats of the aggregate MPDU and the response frame thereto and performing an efficient data communication by using the same. To this end, provided are a wireless communication terminal including: a processor; and a communication unit, wherein the processor receives an aggregate MPDU (A-MPDU) consisting of one or more MAC protocol data units (MPDUs), determines a format of a response frame for the received A-MPDU, and transmits a response frame of the determined format, wherein the format of the response frame for the A-MPDU is determined based on at least one of the number of traffic IDs (TIDs) soliciting an immediate response in MPDU(s) successfully received in the A-MPDU and MPDU delimiter information of the A-MPDU and a wireless communication method using the same.
Control channel position determining method, device, and processor-readable storage medium
Embodiments of the present invention provide a control channel position determining method, a device, and a processor-readable storage medium. A terminal device determines an available unlicensed band set and a control channel resource group, and determines at least one first unlicensed band to which at least one of control channel resource groups belongs, based on bitmap information or offset information. The at least one first unlicensed band belongs to the available unlicensed band set. Compared with that a control channel resource group is semi-statically configured to belong to a first unlicensed band, according to the embodiments of the present invention, no matter how an available unlicensed band included in an available unlicensed band set changes, a first unlicensed band to which at least one control channel resource group belongs can always be determined, thereby ensuring normal communication.
