BANDWIDTH SIGNALING FOR CONTROL FRAMES
A system for wireless communication includes data processing hardware, and memory hardware in communication with the data processing hardware. The memory hardware stores instructions that when executed on the data processing hardware cause the data processing hardware to perform operations. The operations include generating a control frame including a frame control field. The operations also include transmitting the control frame including indicating data in the frame control field. The indicating data indicates that the control frame includes bandwidth information.
Providing Wireless Network Access
A network access point may control access by limiting time of access to users, and by granting additional access time in exchange for certain user behavior, such as viewing advertisements. Other rewards may be granted as well, such as changes to the user's network access quality, or access to restricted content.
SMALL DATA TRANSMISSION DURING RANDOM ACCESS PROCEDURE FOR NEW RADIO SYSTEMS
Various embodiments may relate to small data transmission (SDT), which is also referred to herein as “early data transmission (EDT).” In particular, some embodiments disclosed herein include an indication of transport block size (TBS) and/or modulation and coding scheme (MCS) for Msg3 and/or MsgA PUSCH transmissions, and/or an indication of a fallback mechanism for SDT.
Wireless communication method and wireless communication terminal in basic service set overlapping with another basic service set
Provided is a wireless communication terminal that communicates wirelessly. The terminal includes: a transceiver; and a processor. The processor is configured to receive a frame through the transceiver, determine whether the frame is classified into an Intra-Basic Service Set (BSS) frame or an Inter-BSS frame according to a BSS from which the frame is transmitted, and access a channel according to whether the frame is an Intra-BSS frame or an Inter-BSS frame.
Adjusting a transmission frequency of a physiological monitoring unit
Techniques are disclosed for adjusting a transmission frequency of a physiological monitoring unit, which includes a capture unit and a receiver unit. The capture unit and the receiver unit are wirelessly connected together and are configured to exchange data on the transmission frequency by means of a programming unit.
Apparatus and methods for multi-AP joint transmission and reception
Various embodiments relate to a system and method for joint sounding by a client with a master access point (AP) and a slave (AP), including: receiving a message from the master AP; applying network allocation vector (NAV) rules to update a NAV values, wherein the received message is treated as an intra-basic service set (BSS) message when the transmit address (TA) of the received message has a prespecified value; receiving a first trigger frame; and transmitting a first channel state information (CSI) to the master AP when the channel is idle based upon the updated NAV value in response to the trigger frame.
TECHNIQUES FOR WIDEBAND OPERATION OF SIDELINK COMMUNICATIONS OVER UNLICENSED BAND
Some aspects described herein relate to configuring user equipment (UE) for transmitting sidelink communications. A sidelink grant for transmitting sidelink communications over multiple contiguous subchannels across multiple resource block (RB) sets in a slot can be received. A listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure can be performed over the multiple RB sets in the slot. Sidelink communications can be transmitted to one or more other UEs in the multiple contiguous subchannels across at least a subset of the multiple RB sets in the slot for which the LBT procedure succeeds
COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE, INFRASTRUCTURE EQUIPMENT AND METHODS
A communications device transmits data in preconfigured resources of an uplink of a wireless communications network by performing a procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink, and if the communications device determines that it can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources, transmitting signals representing the data in the preconfigured resources. The procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink includes a transmission parameter confirmation procedure which confirms that a value of one or more transmission parameters to be used for transmitting the signals representing the data can be used for the signals representing the data to be detected by an infrastructure equipment of the wireless communications network.
CHANNEL OCCUPANCY TIME SHARING BASED ON RECEIVED SIGNAL STRENGTH
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for unlicensed channel occupancy time sharing based on received signal strength. A method that may be performed by a first user equipment (UE) includes receiving a first transmission from a second UE, the first transmission indicating the second UE has acquired a frequency band for a channel occupancy time (COT). The method may also include transmitting a signal within the frequency band during the COT in response to a signal strength of the first transmission as received by the first UE being greater than at least one threshold.
Delay reduction method and apparatus
This application discloses a delay reduction method and apparatus, applied to a random access process. The method includes: sending, by a terminal device, a message 1 to a network device, where the message 1 is a random access preamble; receiving, by the terminal device, a message 2 sent by the network device; and sending, by the terminal device, a message 3 to the network device, where a time gap between receiving the message 2 and sending the message 3 is set by the terminal based on a timing advance (TA) value. In an embodiment, the TA value is related to a message 1 format of the terminal device and a cell radius or subcarrier spacing supported by the message 1. In this solution, a TA value is reduced, and random access efficiency is improved.
