A method of configuring a random access resource, a terminal, and a network node are provided. The method includes: receiving configuration information of a physical random access channel PRACH resource transmitted by a network node; wherein the configuration information is configured to indicate a PRACH transmission resource reserved by the network node for the terminal and used to transmit a beam failure recovery request.

Method for configuring contention free random access resource, user equipment and network device

A method and a device for configuring a contention free random access resource are provided. The method includes: transmitting target resource indication information to a user equipment based on a pre-defined mapping relationship; where the target resource indication information is used to determine a physical random access channel transmission occasion (RO) resource, the target resource indication information includes at least one of a physical random access channel (PRACH) mask index or an RO resource index, and the pre-defined mapping relationship includes a correspondence between a value range of the target resource indication information and the RO resource.

Triggered measurement reporting for wireless communications

A method is performed by a wireless device in a network. The wireless device detects a triggering event related to a procedure for a handover from a source network node to a target network node in which the wireless device relies on downlink beam selection. The wireless device determines measurement information to include in a message to send to the target network node. The measurement information is obtained by measuring one or more beams according to at least one of a radio link management configuration, a beam management configuration, and a measurement configuration. In response to detecting the triggering event, the determined measurement information in the message is sent to the target network node.

Method and device for performing joint transmission in wireless LAN system

Provided are a method and device for performing joint transmission in wireless LAN system. Particularly, an M-AP transmits a first control frame for informing of joint transmission to first and second S-APs. The M-AP transmits a data frame to the first and second S-APs. The M-AP transmits a second control frame, comprising scheduling information necessary for joint transmission, to the first and second S-APs. The M-AP performs joint transmission to an STA by means of the first and second SAPs. The data frame is transmitted to the STA from the first and second S-APs by means of joint transmission.

COORDINATED ACCESS POINT SPATIAL REUSE

This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for sharing resources of a wireless medium. Various implementations relate generally to coordinated transmit power control for sharing time and frequency resources of a wireless medium. Particular implementations relate more specifically to coordinated access point spatial-reuse-multiple-access techniques for sharing the time and frequency resources of a transmission opportunity. According to such techniques, an access point that wins contention and gains access to the wireless medium for the duration of a transmission opportunity may limit the transmit powers of the access points selected to share the time and frequency resources such that interference from the selected access points does not prevent stations associated with the winning access point from successfully decoding packets transmitted by it.

Techniques for contending for access to channels of a shared radio frequency spectrum band for broadcast/multicast transmissions

Techniques are described for wireless communications. One method includes determining a contention window size for a first broadcast transmission or a first multicast transmission on at least one channel of a shared radio frequency spectrum band, where the first broadcast transmission or the first multicast transmission is targeted for a first plurality of UEs, and contending for access to the at least one channel of the shared radio frequency spectrum band for the first broadcast transmission or the first multicast transmission based at least in part on the determined contention window size. In some cases, the first broadcast transmission or the first multicast transmission may be an example of a multipoint transmission, which may include a coordinated multipoint transmission.
