Disclosed in the present disclosure is a paging processing method, a network device, a user equipment (UE), and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a terminal type of a UE, and cell identifier information or base station identifier information corresponding to the position of the UE; and if the terminal type of the UE is a static type, determining a paging range for the UE on the basis of the cell identifier information or base station identifier information corresponding to the position of the UE.
Data sending method, information sending method, and apparatus
Methods, apparatus, and systems for data or information transmission are provided. In one aspect, a data sending method by a terminal device includes: determining indication information, determining, based on the indication information, a transport block size (TBS) used to send data, and sending the data based on the determined TBS. The terminal device can determine at least two of first information indicating that the TBS is a first TBS, second information indicating that the TBS is a second TBS, or third information indicating the terminal device to select a TBS from a TBS set as a third TBS used by the terminal device to send data. The TBS set is determined based on the first TBS, and can include at least one of the second TBS or the third TBS. The indication information includes one of the at least two of the first, second, or third information.

Data transmission method and apparatus, and terminal
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal. The method includes a terminal sending a first preamble to a base station and receiving a first random access response message sent by the base station. The method further includes the terminal acquiring an uplink transmission resource based on the first random access response message and transmitting first uplink data on the uplink transmission resource. The size of the uplink transmission resource supports the transmission of the first uplink data.
Enhancements to support multiple semi-persistent resource allocations per serving cell
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for supporting multiple semi-persistent resource allocations per serving cell. Embodiments include determining an association between one or more semi-persistent resource allocations and one or more identifiers. Embodiments include receiving signaling indicating activation or deactivation of at least one of the one or more semi-persistent resource allocations. Embodiments include determining an identifier of the at least one of the one or more semi-persistent resource allocations based on the association. Embodiments include sending an acknowledgment of the activation or deactivation. The acknowledgment may indicate the identifier of the at least one of the one or more semi-persistent resource allocations.

DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARTATUS AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A data transmission method and apparatus, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: receiving by a terminal a MAC signaling sent by a base station, in which the MAC signaling is configured to activate beam indication information respectively corresponding to m antenna panels; receiving by the terminal the DCI sent by the base station, in which the DCI includes a first beam indication codeword; determining by the terminal target beam indication information corresponding to a target antenna panel in the m antenna panels based on the first beam indication codeword and the mapping information; determining by the terminal a target beam used when the target antenna panel is adopted to transmit data based on the target beam indication information; and using by the terminal the target beam corresponding to the target antenna panel to transmit data with the base station.
METHOD PERFORMED BY USER EQUIPMENT, AND USER EQUIPMENT
Provided in the present invention is a method performed by user equipment, and user equipment. The method performed by user equipment is a method, performed by user equipment, for determining address information to which a CSI report belongs or corresponds. The method includes the following steps: carrying, by user equipment, a CSI request trigger in SCI, and scheduling transmission of a PSSCH carrying a TB in the SCI, wherein the TB includes an MAC PDU, and an MAC subheader of the MAC PDU includes address information; receiving, by another user equipment, the SCI, receiving the transmission of the PSSCH according to the information in the SCI, and decoding the TB; and generating, by another user equipment, a CSI report, wherein address information of the CSI report is determined by the address information of the CSI request trigger corresponding to the CSI report.
Communication Method and Apparatus
A method implemented by a session management function (SMF) network element and comprises receiving, from a terminal device, a first message requesting to establish or update a protocol data unit (PDU) session, and comprising first indication information indicating that the terminal device supports either a quick user datagram protocol (UDP) internet connection (QUIC) capability or a multi-path (MP) QUIC (MP-QUIC) capability, determining whether a traffic flow in the PDU session is transmitted using a QUIC method or an MP-QUIC method, and sending, to the terminal device, a second message indicating that the PDU session is successfully established or updated, and comprising second indication information indicating that the traffic flow is transmitted using the QUIC method or the MP-QUIC method.
COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
A communication method and apparatus, and relate to the communication field. A network side may control establishment of a connection, between a terminal device and a UPF network element, allowed to be shared by a plurality of traffic flows, thereby reducing a connection establishment process. The method includes: an SMF network element receives, from a terminal device, a first message used to request to establish or update a PDU session; and the SMF network element sends a second message to the terminal device, where the second message is used to indicate that the PDU session is successfully established or updated, the second message includes a multi-flow connection parameter, and the multi-flow connection parameter is used to indicate that a plurality of traffic flows in the PDU session are transmitted by using a same connection.
