By determining that the random access problem occurs and reporting the BWP on which the random access problem occurs to the base station, the base station may determine the BWP on which the random access problem occurs.

Aspects relate to mechanisms for a wireless communication device to configure and indicate one or more beams for sidelink communication with another wireless communication device. The sidelink communication can include first stage sidelink control information (SCI) and second stage SCI that may be communicated on a first beam configured on the wireless communication devices. The sidelink communication can further include sidelink data traffic that may be communication on a second beam. The second beam may be the first beam or a different beam based on at least one of a beam capability of at least the first wireless communication device or a gap between the sidelink data traffic and at least one of the first stage SCI or the second stage SCI.

Method and apparatus for handling sidelink reception in a wireless communication system
A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), if sidelink packet duplication is configured or enabled for a Sidelink Radio Bearer (SLRB), a first Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) Protocol Data Unit (PDU), corresponding to a first PDCP Service Data Unit (SDU), and a duplicate of the first PDCP PDU, are transmitted. A first PDCP Sequence Number (SN) of the first PDCP PDU is set based upon one or more state variables used for sidelink transmission on the SLRB. If the sidelink packet duplication is de-configured or disabled for the SLRB, a second PDCP PDU, corresponding to a second PDCP SDU, is transmitted. Noduplicate of the second PDCP PDU is transmitted. A second PDCP SN of the second PDCP PDU is set based upon the one or more state variables used for sidelink transmission on the SLRB.
Radio link failure (RLF) procedure with generic cell group management
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. One example method for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) includes detecting a radio link failure (RLF) condition for a connection between the UE and a network over a first cell group and determining, in response to detecting the RLF condition, whether an air interface resource allocation is available for a signaling radio bearer (SRB) between the UE and the network over another cell group. The method also includes selecting, based at least in part on the determination, one of a plurality of RLF procedures. In some examples, the UE may select a first RLF procedure that fully releases radio resources when no SRB is available and a different, second RLF procedure that partially when an SRB is available between the UE and the network over a second cell group.

A terminal apparatus for communicating with one or more base station apparatuses, the terminal apparatus including: a receiver configured to receive an RRC reconfiguration message including a DRB configuration from the one or more base station apparatuses, the DRB configuration including a DRB identity and an EPS bearer identity; and a processing unit configured to associate a DRB established with the EPS identity in a case that the DRB identity is not part of a current configuration of the terminal apparatus, and the DRB was configured for the EPS bearer identity.
RRC SEGMENTATION AND QoE
Methods for communicating a Quality of Experience (QoE) measurement are provided. In embodiments disclosed herein, a wireless device communicates the QoE measurement to a base station based on Radio Resource Control (RRC) segmentation. In this regard, the wireless device receives an indication that indicates whether the base station can support the RRC segmentation. Accordingly, the wireless device transmits the QoE measurement to the base station based on the RRC segmentation if the indication indicates that the base station can support the RRC segmentation. By transmitting the QoE measurement based on the RRC segmentation, the wireless device can communicate more QoE information to the base station in a larger QoE measurement file (e.g., 8000 kilobytes).
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING SESSION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for allowing a user equipment (UE) to manage a session in a wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the UE may transmit a first uplink (UL) non-access stratum (NAS) transport message including a packet data unit (PDU) session establishment request to an access and mobility management function (AMF), receive a downlink (DL) NAS transport message from the AMF, and transmit a second UL NAS transport message including the PDU session establishment request based on a timer.
