Sharing Channel Occupancy Ratio Information
20230030666 · 2023-02-02 · ·

A first base station central unit (BS-CU) communicates, with one or more wireless devices, packets via a first cell operating in an unlicensed spectrum. The BS-CU receives, from a first base station distributed unit (BS-DU), a channel occupancy ratio (CR) of the first cell, wherein the CR is for a plurality of time intervals and indicates utilization of unlicensed channel resources that have been utilized for transmissions by the first cell. The BS-CU transmits, to a second base station, the CR.

ENHANCEMENT OF BEAM FAILURE DETECTION
20220352966 · 2022-11-03 ·

A user equipment may be configured to perform beam failure detection enhancement. In some aspects, the user equipment may receive a beam failure detection reference signal (BFD-RS) from a base station, detect an occurrence of an interference event based on a first measurement of the BFD-RS or a channel event based on a second measurement of the BFD-RS, and update count information based on a detection function and the occurrence. Further, the user equipment may determine that at least one of a first timer for interference events or a second timer for channel events is active, and determine whether to perform a beam failure recovery process based on comparing a total count of the count information to a predefined threshold value.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING MAC PDU ON BASIS OF SIDELINK GRANT IN NR V2X
20230036584 · 2023-02-02 · ·

Proposed is a method for performing, by a first apparatus, wireless communication. The method may receive, from a base station, information associated with a first sidelink (SL) resource, generate a medium access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) including a sidelink packet in which hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback is enabled on the basis of a logical channel priority (LCP), and reselect a second SL resource for transmitting the MAC PDU.

FRAME PROCESSING AT AN ACCESS POINT
20230101910 · 2023-03-30 ·

In embodiments of the present disclosure, a method is provided for performing a frame processing operation on a broadcast/multicast frame at a physical access point (AP). A pre-processing operation is performed on the frame at a protocol layer between a physical layer and an upper layer of the AP to obtain a pre-processed frame. The pre-processing operation comprises a common operation to be performed for the plurality of virtual interfaces at the protocol layer. In this way, by performing a pre-processing operation common to the virtual interfaces supported by the physical AP, the consumption of resources caused by the performance of repeated operations in the frame processing operation can be reduced.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RESPONDING TO A MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE EXPOSURE CONDITION
20230036243 · 2023-02-02 ·

This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for responding to a maximum permissible exposure (MPE) condition in uplink communications. In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) wireless device may detect an MPE condition associated with a cell in an uplink channel from the UE in the wireless communication network. The UE may configure a medium access control layer control element (MAC-CE) to indicate information related to the cell associated with the detected MPE condition and an alternative beam that avoids an MPE condition for use in uplink communications. The configured MAC-CE may include a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel resource block indicator (SSBRI) or a channel state information resource indicator (CRI) that indicates an alternative UE panel, a feasible UE panel, Tx beam for UL transmissions or Tx beam for UL transmissions taking into account the detected MPE condition.

Wireless network service type

A service type announcement element indicates one or more service types offered by an access point (AP) that supports station a wireless network. The service type announcement element is generated by the AP and included in a beacon frame or in a probe response frame. The beacon frame or the probe response frame is transmitted by the AP and received by a mobile device prior to the mobile device being associated with the AP. The mobile device makes a determination whether any of the one or more service types can assist with an operation of an application on the mobile device and implements a network selection algorithm based on the determination.

BEAM SWITCHING TECHNIQUES FOR UPLINK TRANSMISSION

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set configuration information that indicates an aperiodic SRS resource set, an aperiodic downlink reference signal resource associated with the aperiodic SRS resource set, and a slot offset associated with the aperiodic downlink reference signal resource. The UE may receive downlink control information indicating that the aperiodic SRS resource set is triggered and determine a quasi co-location assumption for the aperiodic downlink reference signal resource based on the slot offset associated with the aperiodic downlink reference signal resource. The UE may measure the aperiodic downlink reference signal resource in a slot indicated by the slot offset based on the quasi co-location assumption.

METHOD AND DEVICE IN NODES USED FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

The present application provides a method and a device in nodes used for wireless communications. A first node receives first configuration information, the first configuration information being non-unicast, and the first configuration information indicating K sub-bearers; herein, K is a positive integer greater than 1; for any higher-layer packet transmitted respectively through the K sub-bearers, sequence numbers of the higher-layer packet in the K sub-bearers are the same; a first sub-bearer is one of the K sub-bearers, and a higher-layer packet transmitted in any of the K sub-bearers is transmitted through the first sub-bearer. The present application enables the users to acquire by broadcast configuration information of sub-bearers transmitting the same MBMS on different nodes or CGs, so that the same MBMS can be acquired from multiple nodes simultaneously with decreased traffic interruptions caused by inter-node mobility.

The present application discloses a method and eNB equipment for supporting seamless handover. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving, by a target eNB, random access information or an RRC connection reconfiguration completion message from a UE; transmitting, by the target eNB, a data transmission stopping indication message to a source eNB; and, stopping, by the source eNB, transmitting downlink data to the UE, and/or stopping, by the source eNB, receiving uplink data from the UE. The present invention further provides several other methods and eNB equipments for supporting seamless handover. By the methods for supporting seamless handover provided by the present invention, the delay of data transmission and the unnecessary data transmission or unnecessary data monitoring of a source eNB can be avoided, the waste of resources and the power consumption can be reduced, and the missing and duplication transmission of data can be avoided.
