METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RESELECTING SIDELINK TRANSMISSION RESOURCE IN NR V2X
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for performing sidelink communication by a first device. The method may comprise the steps of reserving periodic transmission resources on the basis of a first priority value; generating a MAC PDU related to a second priority value; on the basis of the second priority value, determining whether to reselect a first SL resource among the periodic transmission resources; and on the basis of the determination on whether to reselect the first SL resource, transmitting the MAC PDU and SCI including the second priority value to a second device, wherein the first SL resource is at least one SL resource after the MAC PDU is generated.
Communication method and apparatus
Embodiments of this application relate to the field of communications technologies, and disclose communications methods and apparatuses. In an implementation, a method comprising receiving, by a first communications device, information about a radio bearer (RB) of a heterogeneous communications system, wherein a duplication operation for the RB is configured by a second communications device, and the first communications device and the second communications are comprised in a master node or a secondary node; generating, by the first communications device, an activation indication indicating whether to activate or deactivate the duplication operation of the RB, wherein whether to activate or deactivate the duplication operation is determined by the first communications device; and sending the activation indication to a terminal device.

Method and device for performing cell reselection in mobile communication system
An operating method of a user equipment in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes receiving a packet duplication configuration and a logical channel restriction configuration (allowedServingCells) for a data radio bearer (DRB) from a base station through an RRC message; receiving an indication to deactivate packet duplication for the DRB, for which packet duplication is configured, from the base station through a media access control (MAC) control element (CE); and not applying the logical channel restriction configuration for the DRB, for which packet duplication is configured, based on the indication to deactivate the packet duplication.

Method and device for responding to data received by multiple links
Disclosed are a method and device for responding to data received by multiple links. The method includes that: a message initiator sends an Add Block ACK (ADDBA) request message to a message responder on multiple links respectively; the message initiator receives an ADDBA response message sent by the message responder on multiple links respectively, the ADDBA response message containing the parameter ML-BA Policy which indicates that the message responder allows usage modes of a multi-link collaborative block acknowledgement policy; and the message initiator sends a converged packet to the message responder on multiple links respectively.
RRC message transmission method and device
Provided by the present application are a data transmission method and device, which are used to solve the problem of being unable to accurately transmit an RRC message which is too large. The method comprises: when determining that the length of an original RRC message exceeds a preset threshold, compressing the original RRC message; packaging the compressed RRC message into a PDCP PDU; and sending the packaged PDCP PDU to a receiving end.

RLC CHANNEL MANAGEMENT FOR LOW MEMORY 5G DEVICES
In an approach to RLC channel management for low memory 5G devices, responsive to detecting a memory overload in an RLC layer of a 5G user equipment, whether slices of a plurality of slices are merger candidates is determined. Responsive to determining that the slices are merger candidates, whether any merger candidates can share a transportation logical entity is determined, where merger candidates can share the transportation logical entity if performance and quality parameters are within predetermined limits. The merger candidates that can share the transportation logical entity are marked as allowed candidates. Responsive to determining that at least one allowed candidate has a workload that is below a predetermined threshold, the allowed candidates are merged into merged flows.
Method and apparatus for SCell beam failure recovery configuration
A method for SCell BFR performed by a UE is provided. The method includes: receiving a first SCell BFR configuration corresponding to a first SCell, the first SCell BFR configuration including at least one of a resource list for BFD and a resource list for NBI; detecting a beam failure condition in the first SCell by measuring at least one BFD reference signal; determining a first new candidate beam index for the first SCell based on the first SCell BFR configuration; and transmitting a beam failure recovery request that includes a cell index of the first SCell in which beam failure occurs and the determined first new candidate beam index.
