Device group partitions and settlement platform
Device group partitions and a settlement platform are provided. In some embodiments, device group partitions (e.g., partitions of devices based on associated device groups) are provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform service is provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform service is provided for partitioned devices. In some embodiments, collecting device generated service usage information for one or more devices in wireless communication on a wireless network; and aggregating the device generated service usage information for a settlement platform for the one or more devices in wireless communication on the wireless network is provided. In some embodiments, a settlement platform implements a service billing allocation and/or a service/transactional revenue share among one or more partners. In some embodiments, service usage information includes micro-CDRs, which are used for CDR mediation or reconciliation that provides for service usage accounting on any device activity that is desired. In some embodiments, each device activity that is desired to be associated with a billing event is assigned a micro-CDR transaction code, and a service processor of the device is programmed to account for that activity associated with that transaction code. In some embodiments, a service processor executing on a wireless communications device periodically reports (e.g., during each heartbeat or based on any other periodic, push, and/or pull communication technique(s)) micro-CDR usage measures to, for example, a service controller or some other network element for CDR mediation or reconciliation.

Asynchronous real-time media transfer over wireless networks
Methods, systems, media devices, and non-transitory, machine-readable media to facilitate asynchronous wireless media transfer are disclosed. A request for video service from a content provider system via a wireless network may be received. A media device may be configured to provide an asynchronous session for subsequent video content transfer. The configuring may utilize a network layer and a transport layer without utilizing a presentation layer and an application layer. Specifications of asynchronous session parameters may be created to define delivery operations with the asynchronous session. An encrypted token, corresponding to the specifications, may be created. Opening of the asynchronous session may be requested by transmitting the encrypted token to the content provider system from the transport layer. At the session layer, the asynchronous session may be started for video content delivery in accordance with the specifications of the asynchronous session parameters. Display of the video content may be caused.

Systems, methods and apparatus for geofence networks
Systems and methods are disclosed for enforcing at least one rule associated with a geofence. At least one device is constructed and configured in network communication with a server platform and a database. The server platform defines at least one geofence for a region of interest and specifies at least one rule associated with the at least one geofence, thereby creating a rule-space model for the region of interest. The at least one geofence comprises a multiplicity of geographic designators with each geographic designator assigned with a unique IPv6 address. The at least one device receives at least one notification signal regarding the at least one rule from the at least one server platform and implements the at least one rule when the at least one device is within a predetermined distance from the at least one geofence for the region of interest.
Sidelink measurements in V2X communication
Methods and apparatuses in a wireless communication system. A method of operating a user equipment (UE) includes storing a previous layer 3 (L3) filtered measurement result; receiving L3 filtering configuration information including a first filter coefficient value (k) and a first filtering window value; identifying a generation time instance of the previous L3 filtered measurement result; identifying the first filter coefficient value (k) and the first filtering window value included in the L3 filtering configuration information; in response to receiving a latest measurement result from a lower layer, determining whether the generation time instance of the previous L3 filtered measurement result was obtained within a time window that is a function of a first time instance and a second time instance; and performing an L3 filtering operation to trigger a measurement report based on a result of the determination.
