METHOD FOR ADJUSTING INTER-CELL INTERFERENCE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method by which a fixed base station adjusts inter-cell interference in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) configurations on an access link of each moving cell connected to the fixed base station; determining the CSI-RS configuration on a backhaul link of a first moving cell among the moving cells on the basis of the CSI-RS configurations on the access link; and providing, to the first moving cell, the CSI-RS configuration on the determined backhaul link, wherein the CSI-RS configuration on the determined backhaul link is for measuring, by the backhaul link of the first moving cell, the interference received from an access link of a second moving cell among the moving cells.

ACCESS POINT MOBILITY INDICATION

Methods for mobility indication of wireless Access Points (APs) are disclosed. An AP may determine mobility indication information, based, in part, on at least one of: configuration information on the AP pertaining to mobility; and/or wireless signal measurements associated with the AP, and/or captured images associated with the AP, and/or sensor measurements associated with the AP. The AP may transmit the mobility indication information for the AP. The mobility indication information may indicate that the AP is mobile and/or characterize the mobility. The mobility indication information may further include a request to remove information associated with the AP from location determination databases, location assistance databases, and/or base station almanacs. Disclosed methods also pertain to a User Equipments (UE), which may receive wireless signals with mobility indication information associated with an AP; and determine a suitability of the AP for determining the UEs location based on the received mobility indication information.

METHOD FOR THE AUTONOMOUS OR PARTLY AUTONOMOUS EXECUTION OF A COOPERATIVE DRIVING MANEUVER

A method for autonomously or semi-autonomously carrying out a cooperative driving maneuver and a vehicle. Provision is made for a maneuvering vehicle which plans the execution of a driving maneuver to determine a maneuvering area of a road in which the driving maneuver is potentially executed, to communicate with one or more vehicles via vehicle-to-vehicle communication to detect one or more cooperation vehicles which will presumably be inside the maneuvering area during the execution of the driving maneuver, and to adapt its own driving behavior to the presumable driving behavior of the one or more cooperation vehicles to execute the planned driving maneuver. The disclosure provides a possibility which, by vehicle-to-vehicle communication, allows vehicles for jointly carrying out a cooperative driving maneuver to be identified and then allows the cooperative driving maneuver to be executed.

A communication node provides information relating to a location of a user device in a communication system. The communication node associates with a relay node for providing the user device with access to the communication system via a cell operated by the relay node. The communication node obtains an indication of whether or not the cell is configured as a mobile cell and provides, when the cell is configured as a mobile cell, information indicating that the cell is configured as a mobile cell to a further communication node.

Methods for dynamically optimizing a flying Ad-Hoc network

Described herein are methods and systems for dynamically optimizing a Flying Ad-Hoc Network (“FANET”). A server that manages the FANET can receive information relating to the network activity of user devices connected to the FANET. Examples of the type of information included can include the user devices' locations, network connection quality, and network traffic volume dedicated to a Unified Endpoint Management (“UEM”) system of an enterprise. The server can analyze the network activity information based on a set of rules to prioritize the user devices connected to the FANET. The server can instruct unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAVs”) in the FANET to reposition themselves to provide the best connection for higher priority user devices.

Provided is a processing system to effectuate sensor processing of obstacle information for use in autonomous driving. The apparatus includes a communication module that receives sensor data collected by multiple sensors disposed to capture sensor data in a specified region to detect the obstacles. Additionally, a health status detection modules, in the system, determine the health status of the system and the sensors based on information from the sensors and a communication latency between the communication module and the sensors. The system also includes a sensor processing module to process the sensor data to identify anomalies in the data due to harsh conditions to eliminate any erroneous data.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANAGING COMMUNICATION MESSAGE VERIFICATION PROCESS IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM CONTAINING PLURALITY OF NODES

A method and device for managing a communication message verification process in a communication system containing a plurality of nodes N1 to N9, including: a step of receiving one or more communication messages at a first node N1 of the communication system, from one or more nodes N2 to N9 adjacent to the first node N1; a step of executing a validity verification operation in relation to the one or more received communication messages; a step of determining a comprehensive verification rate parameter V_all indicating the number of validity verification operations executed per unit time at the first node N1; and a step of controlling the execution of the validity verification operations so that the comprehensive verification rate parameter V_all does not exceed a comprehensive verification rate threshold, for one or more additional communication messages from the nodes N2 to N9 adjacent to the first node N1.

VEHICLE NETWORK AND METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING A VEHICLE NETWORK

A vehicle network for a plurality of interconnected vehicles is disclosed. The network is in the form of a WLAN and has at least two access points. The access points are interconnected in a wireless manner, i.e., without using a wired backbone. Each access point uses the same radio network ID, so all access points form only one single visible network for WLAN clients. A method for establishing the vehicle network is also disclosed.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A 5G device may decode a control channel transmission of a safety message in a vehicle-to-everything system during a first portion of a time period. The 5G device may identify, based at least in part on the decoding, a pool of resource blocks (RBs) that are available for the time period. The 5G device may select a subset of RBs from the available pool of RBs for a transmission during a second portion of the time period.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD

An apparatus which transfers information addressed to a master node, comprises a generation unit configured to generate an assessment value representing logical proximity to the master node; a transmit unit that sends/receives the assessment value to/from other apparatuses; and a communication unit that, when this apparatus is an apparatus that is logically closest to the master node within a communication range, receive information addressed to the master node from other apparatuses, otherwise, transmit information addressed to the master node to the logically closest apparatus, wherein the communication unit is configured to generate a delay time based on the assessment value when transferring the information received from the other apparatuses to yet another apparatus.
