In order to make priority control applicable to a packet from an apparatus, which requires the priority control, independently of the transfer path of the packet, a communication apparatus includes a determination unit, a setting unit, and a priority control unit. The determination unit determines whether a transmission source address of a received packet has been registered in a priority control list as an address of a first apparatus. The setting unit sets a first priority level in a predetermined field in a header of the received packet when the transmission source address of the received packet has been registered in the priority control list as the address of the first apparatus. The priority control unit performs transmission control in accordance with the first priority level with respect to the received packet in which the first priority level has been set.

The disclosed system and method obtain a report of an issue reported by a user of the wireless telecommunication network, and historical information associated with the user and the wireless telecommunication network. The historical information includes multiple issues reported by users similar to the user, and multiple user statuses associated with the users similar to the user. The user status among the multiple user statuses includes active and inactive, indicating whether the user is an active member of the telecommunication network or has left the network. The system provides the historical information to an AI model, and obtains from the AI model a priority associated with the issue experienced by the user. The system causes a resolution of the issue based on the priority.

A computer-implemented method, medium, and system for implementing a pluggable diagnostic tool for Telco radio access network (RAN) troubleshooting are disclosed. In one computer-implemented method, one or more containerized network function (CNF) instances are generated in a container orchestration platform by a test system and by using a telecommunication cloud automation (TCA) platform executed in the container orchestration platform, where the test system is onboarded to the TCA platform, and the one or more CNF instances are associated with 5G RAN. A customer resources (CR) file is received by the test system, where the CR file defines multiple test cases associated with validation of the TCA platform. The CR file is transmitted to a cluster of nodes in the container orchestration platform. The validation of the TCA platform is executed at the cluster of nodes based on the one or more CNF instances and the CR file.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COMMUNICATION SERVICES
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for communication services. The method may be performed by a first device which is able to be attached to a radio access network node. The method comprises receiving a first message for a service from a second device via a short range communication. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises transmitting, via a cellular network, a second message for the service to an application apparatus in a core network through the radio access network node, according to the first message for the service.
Method for activating a “base station” function in an IAB node
An Integrated Access and Backhaul (JAB) node incorporates two functions, a so-called “base station” function and a so-called “mobile terminal” function. In order to limit the interferences between base stations, all IAB nodes in the same network must be synchronised with one another. In order to ensure this synchronisation, each IAB node may use a time shift value transmitted by its parent node. However, since an IAB architecture is an arborescent architecture, errors in measuring an estimated time shift value for a given IAB node have repercussions on the measurements of estimated time shift values for its child node and so on. Accordingly, the “base station” function of a child IAB node is not activated as long as a time shift value determined by its parent node does not meet a synchronisation criterion.
