SELECTING AN ADDRESS OF A DEVICE
Examples provided herein selects a device such as a gateway. One or more IP packets carrying a session establishing request are received and an address of one of a plurality of gateways is selected based on information on a wireless terminal included in the session establishing request, the selected address is set as a destination address of the IP packets.
Method and apparatus for receiving V2X message
Provided are a method of receiving a vehicle to everything (V2X) message by a base station in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus supporting the method. The method may include: receiving, from a multi-cell coordination entity (MCE), local multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) distribution information including an internet protocol (IP) multicast address; receiving, from the MCE, an indication indicating whether the local MBMS distribution information is allocated by a local MBMS entity (LME); and receiving the V2X message by joining the IP multicast address on the basis of the indication and the local MBMS distribution information, wherein the local MBMS distribution information is information for IP multicast distribution of MBMS user plane data.

Scheduling Assignment Information Transmission Method and System, and Device
Example scheduling assignment information transmission methods, systems, and devices are described. One example method includes obtaining, by a user equipment (UE), a multiplexing manner used to indicate a relationship between a time-frequency resource for transmitting scheduling assignment information and a time-frequency resource for transmitting data information. The UE receives downlink control information comprising scheduling assignment resource indication information sent by a network device, and obtains, based on the scheduling assignment resource indication information and the multiplexing manner, resource location information occupied to transmit the scheduling assignment information. The UE can then transmit the scheduling assignment information based on the resource location information occupied by the scheduling assignment information.
Method and apparatus for transmitting data by device-to-device terminal in wireless communication system
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for transmitting device-to-device (D2D) data by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method for transmitting the D2D data comprising the step of: determining a sub-frame pool for transmitting data, which is configured by only sub-frames capable of transmitting and receiving a D2D signal, among multiple sub-frames; determining a set of subframes to transmit D2D data by applying a time resource patter (TRP) to the sub-frame pool for transmitting the data; and transmitting D2D data in the set of the determined sub-frames.
Methods and systems for compression and decompression of information centric networking names at the packet data convergence protocol (PDCP)
Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for use in a wireless network for compression and decompression of information centric network (ICN) names and/or ICN common fields at Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) layer. For example, an electronic device can include processor circuitry and radio front end circuitry coupled to the processor circuitry. The processor circuitry can be configured to receive a first information centric network (ICN) packet including an ICN name or an ICN common field and compress the ICN name or the ICN common field at a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) layer. The processor circuitry can be further configured to provide the compressed ICN name or the compressed ICN common field to a lower protocol layer. The radio front end circuitry can be configured to transmit a second ICN packet including the compressed ICN name or the compressed ICN common field.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Provided is a communication system that can sustain a reduction in delay in FFT/IFFT processing by code blocking user data, even in a case where the functions of upper layers such as a MAC scheduler and the function of the radio physical layer are implemented separately. In a radio base station (communication system) including a central aggregation device 210 and a remote device 220, the central aggregation device 210 transmits code blocks in a number necessary for generating an OFDM symbol as a piece of data to the remote device 220, the code blocks being produced by dividing user data into units of encoding processing.
SECONDARY CELL ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION ENHANCEMENTS IN NEW RADIO
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. One method may include transmitting a first signal instructing a user equipment (UE) to transition a state of a secondary cell associated with the UE; determining an allocation of resources for the UE to communicate with the secondary cell; and transmitting a second signal including an indication of an active bandwidth part (BWP) used for the allocation of resources based on the determining. The active BWP and the first signal may indicate the transition of the state of the secondary cell.
