Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a stretchable substrate having improved stretch uniformity according to various embodiments of the present disclosure in order to implement the above-described object. The method may include forming an auxetic including a plurality of unit structures, and attaching one or more elastic sheets to the auxetic and forming a stretchable substrate.

An article of apparel includes at least one fabric panel including a first yarn having a first denier and a second yarn having a second denier. The first yarn forms an auxetic structure on the fabric panel comprising a pattern of interconnected segments defining cells, each cell having an interior area. The second yarn forms a fill portion extending between the interconnected segments of the auxetic structure and substantially fills the interior area of each cell.

An article of apparel includes at least one fabric panel including a first yarn having a first denier and a second yarn having a second denier. An adjustable hat includes a covering and an adjustable fastener including first and second fastening elements that can releasably fasten together by snap fit connection at a plurality of discrete positions. The first fastening element defines an attachment hole adjacent to an end portion remote from the second fastening element. An elastic strap affixed to the covering extends through the attachment hole and loops around the end portion of the first fastening element to connect the first fastening element to the covering such that the elastic strap permits the entire first fastening element to move relative to the covering by elastic elongation of the elastic strap. The hat can be free of stitching which passes through any portion of the first fastening element. The first fastening element can be male or female. Moreover, both fastening elements can be elastically connected to the covering via respective attachment holes and elastic straps.

An adjustable hat includes a covering and an adjustable fastener including first and second fastening elements that can releasably fasten together by snap fit connection at a plurality of discrete positions. The first fastening element defines an attachment hole adjacent to an end portion remote from the second fastening element. An elastic strap affixed to the covering extends through the attachment hole and loops around the end portion of the first fastening element to connect the first fastening element to the covering such that the elastic strap permits the entire first fastening element to move relative to the covering by elastic elongation of the elastic strap. In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a surgical cap is provided that includes a cover having a head-receiving cavity and a resilient member connected to the cover and extending about less than the entire head-receiving cavity. The cover includes a plurality of layers comprising at least one layer inward from the resilient member adapted to separate the resilient member from a head received in the head-receiving cavity and at least two outer layers outward from the resilient member to which the resilient member is secured. In accordance with another aspect, a method of fabricating a surgical cap is provided.

In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a surgical cap is provided that includes a cover having a head-receiving cavity and a resilient member connected to the cover and extending about less than the entire head-receiving cavity. The cover includes a plurality of layers comprising at least one layer inward from the resilient member adapted to separate the resilient member from a head received in the head-receiving cavity and at least two outer layers outward from the resilient member to which the resilient member is secured. In accordance with another aspect, a method of fabricating a surgical cap is provided.

An apparatus is described to divert sweat away from a wearer's eyes or eyewear. The apparatus includes an elongate base member and a plurality of pliable ridges abutting the base member that, when pressed against the wearer's forehead, form channels. The channels collect and divert sweat away from the eyes so that the sweat drips down the side or back of the head, or down the nose, instead of flowing into the eyes or onto eyewear worn by the wearer.

The strap includes a first end, a second end, and a handle portion. The wearing part is located at a front side of a wearing space surrounded by the strap. The first end and the second end are overlapped at the front side. The handle portion is located at the first end or the second end. The follower is disposed on the wearing part and coupled to the first end and the second end. The buckle assembly is disposed between the wearing part and the first end, and is adapted to lock a relative position between the wearing part and the first end in a buckled state and remove the interference between the wearing part and the first end in a released state.
