Fixing apparatus
A fixing apparatus includes a heating member, a supporting member that supports the heating member, a film slidably disposed on the heating member, and a pressing member that forms a nip portion, in collaboration with the film, through which the recording medium is conveyed. The fixing apparatus further includes a first thermally conductive member and a second thermally conductive member that are disposed between the heating member and the supporting member. The first thermally conductive member has a thermal conductivity higher than that of a substrate of the heating member. The thermal conductivity in in-plane directions of the second thermally conductive member is higher than the thermal conductivity in a thickness direction thereof. The second thermally conductive member is in contact with the heating member, and the first thermally conductive member is in contact with the second thermally conductive member.
Electrode Rolling Apparatus Having Heating Unit for Heating Non-Coated Portion and Electrode Manufacturing System Comprising the Same
An electrode rolling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a sensing unit positioned above an electrode for a secondary battery being transferred along a lengthwise direction to measure a distance to the electrode for each location along a widthwise direction of the electrode, a control unit which identifies a location of a non-coated portion formed on the electrode using information associated with the distance between the sensing unit and the electrode measured through the sensing unit, and outputs a control signal to heat a region in which the identified non-coated portion is formed, a heating unit positioned above the electrode to selectively heat only the region in which the non-coated portion is formed according to the control signal of the control unit, and a rolling unit which rolls the electrode having the selectively heated region in which the non-coated portion is formed.

According to one embodiment, a wiring structure includes a substrate, a first conductor, second conductors, a first trace, second traces, heat-generating elements, and a first protruding conductor. The second conductors are spaced apart from the first conductor in a second direction crossing a first direction and are mutually juxtaposed with spacing in the first direction. The heat-generating elements are mutually juxtaposed in the first direction and connected to the respective second conductors and the first conductor. The first protruding conductor protrudes from either of the first conductor and one of the second conductors and is connected to a first one of the heat-generating elements. The first protruding conductor is at least partly located, in the first direction, between a center of the first one of the heat-Generating elements and a center of a second one of the heat-generating elements adjacent to the first one.
Method and apparatus of fabricating an interconnector assembly
The invention to a method of making an interconnector assembly for electrically interconnecting solar cells, wherein the method comprises: feeding a plurality of (preferably elongated) electrical conductors that form an conductor array defining interspaces that are free from conductors; and applying at least one sheet, preferably made of electrically insulating material, to a side of the conductor array, wherein the sheet has at least one contact zone coming into contact with the conductors and intermediate portions overlapping with the interspaces of the conductor array. The invention also refers to an apparatus for fabricating an interconnector assembly for electrically interconnecting solar cells and to a rotatable heating drum.
Heating paste composition, and sheet heating element, heating roller, heating unit and heating module using same
A heating paste composition, and a sheet heating element, a heating roller, a heating unit and a heating module, which use the composition, are disclosed. In one aspect, the heating paste composition includes 0.2 parts to 6 parts by weight of carbon nanotube particles, 0.5 parts to 30 parts by weight of graphite particles, 5 parts to 30 parts by weight of a binder mixture, 29 parts to 80 parts by weight of an organic solvent and 0.5 parts to 5 parts by weight of a dispersant, wherein the weights are with respect to 100 parts by weight of the heating paste composition.

A heating unit includes a circuit board, a plurality of heating parts, and a plurality of wiring parts. The heating parts are arranged in a first direction on a surface of the circuit board. The wiring parts are provided on the surface of the circuit board and electrically connect the heating parts and a power source to feed the heating parts. The wiring parts respectively include electrode terminal parts electrically connected to the power source outside the heating parts in the first direction. Sizes in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction of the heating parts are set to decrease gradually or stepwisely with separating in the first direction from the electrode terminal parts.
