A conductive layered product includes: a transparent substrate; a first metal oxide layer; a metal layer; and a second metal oxide layer. The first metal oxide layer, the metal layer, and the second layer are layered directly or indirectly on a surface of the transparent substrate in this order from a transparent substrate side. An arithmetic mean roughness of an interface of the first metal oxide layer on the transparent substrate side is 2.0 nm or less. The interface of the first metal oxide layer on the transparent substrate side preferably contacts the surface of the transparent substrate. The conductive layered product preferably further includes a resin layer between the transparent substrate and the first metal oxide layer, and the interface of the first metal oxide layer on the transparent substrate side contacts a surface of the resin layer.

A vapor deposition source for a vacuum vapor deposition apparatus according to the present invention disposed in a vacuum chamber to evaporate a solid vapor deposition material to be vapor-deposited on an object to be subjected to vapor deposition includes: a crucible configured to accommodate the vapor deposition material therein and having a discharge port through which the evaporated vapor deposition material is discharged toward the object to be subjected to vapor deposition; and a heating means configured to heat the vapor deposition material in the crucible. In the crucible, an evaporation facilitator is provided, a partial portion of the evaporation facilitator being immersed in the vapor deposition material liquefied by heating, with a gap between the remaining portion of the evaporation facilitator and an inner surface of the crucible.
Wavelength conversion device and manufacturing method thereof
A manufacturing method of a wavelength conversion device, and a wavelength conversion device manufactured by the method are provided. The manufacturing method of the wavelength conversion device of the disclosure includes the following steps. A wavelength conversion material layer is formed on a substrate by a sol-gel method. The wavelength conversion material layer includes a first colloidal material, and a fluorescent material. The wavelength conversion material layer is solidified, thereby forming a wavelength conversion layer including a plurality of first microstructures. The step of solidifying the wavelength conversion material layer includes irradiating the wavelength conversion material layer with a laser. The manufacturing method of the wavelength conversion device and the wavelength conversion device provided by the disclosure have advantages such as a simple process, and low manufacturing cost.
