Washer liquid heating apparatus integrated into washer reservoir
A washer liquid heating apparatus integrated into a reservoir may include an auxiliary tank which is integrally connected to the reservoir and in which a washer liquid inflowing from the reservoir is stored, and a heater assembly that is integrally attached to the auxiliary tank and heats the washer liquid stored in the auxiliary tank, wherein the heater assembly comprises a plate-type heater that is installed in a hole of the auxiliary tank to heat the washer liquid within the auxiliary tank, and wherein the plate-type heater is exposed to an inside of the auxiliary tank through the hole of the auxiliary tank such that a heating surface where heating is performed heats the washer liquid within the auxiliary tank.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASTIC WINDOW AND PLASTIC WINDOW
A method for manufacturing a plastic window includes a mold preparation step for preparing a first mold, a second mold, and a third mold, a film preparation step for preparing a functional film, a conductive portion, and a bus bar, a placement step for placing the functional film, a first injection step, wherein an intermediate product provided with the cover on the functional film in an integral manner is made, and a second injection step, wherein a product provided with the intermediate product on the second surface in an integral manner is made. The first mold surface has a first forming portion forming the back surface of the cover and a second forming portion forming the second surface of the transparent body. In the placement step, the conductive portion is placed on the second forming portion and the bus bar is placed on the first forming portion.
Vehicle back door structure
A concave portion, that is concave in a direction away from a back door glass, is formed at a facing wall of an outer member at a facing region that faces a bus bar portion. Due thereto, a gap between a bottom surface of the concave portion and the bus bar portion that is disposed at the back door glass can be made to be large.

A glazing includes at least one glass sheet provided on one of the faces with an electrical network having resistance strips and collector strips, in which at least one portion of one face includes at least one strip obtained from an electrically conductive composition including a silver paste, the strip being in contact with another strip obtained from an electrically conductive composition including a copper paste, the other strip obtained from an electrically conductive composition including a copper paste being completely covered with a protective enamel layer.
TEMPERATURE MANIPULATING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF
A temperature manipulating apparatus for providing heating to different components of a vehicle, which includes a base medium made of rigid or flexible materials, such as glass, ceramic, plastic sheet, a fabric sheet and a leather sheet. The temperature manipulating apparatus includes a plurality of heat generating elements which are connected to the plurality of electricity conducting electrodes. The temperature manipulating apparatus includes a plurality of electricity conducting electrodes which are disposed on the heat generating elements and the base medium. The temperature manipulating apparatus may be supplied electricity from an electric power source via a connecting module. The plurality of heat generating elements may be in form of one or more layers of electrically conductive elements disposed on the base medium. The heat generating elements may be arranged in various configurations with respect to the electricity conducting electrodes to maximize the heating effect and suit different shapes of different components to be applied with the temperature manipulating apparatus.
Resistive heating coatings containing graphenic carbon particles
Resistive heating assemblies comprising a substrate, a conductive coating comprising graphenic carbon particles applied to at least a portion of the substrate, and a source of electrical current connected to the conductive coating are disclosed. Conductive coatings comprising graphenic carbon particles having a thickness of less than 100 microns and an electrical conductivity of greater than 10,000 S/m are also disclosed.
SELF-REGULATING DUAL HEATING LEVEL HEATING ELEMENT
A heater element having an electrically insulating substrate, a buss layer made of a conductive material, and a resistive layer that includes a first patch of a first resistive material. The first buss layer has a first buss and a second buss extending from terminals of the heater element to a heating area of the heater element. The first resistive material is applied in a first selected location in the heating area so as to provide electrical communication between the first buss and the second buss and to enable an electrical current to flow through the first resistive material. The resistive layer includes a second patch of a second resistive material. The second patch is applied in a second selected location in the heating area so as to provide electrical communication between the first buss and the second buss, the second selected location being different from the first selected location.
