Electric heating device and method for its production
An electric heating device includes a housing having a partition wall which separates a connection chamber from a heating chamber for dissipating heat and from which at least one receiving pocket protrudes into the heating chamber as a heating rib. A PTC heating device with at least one PTC element and conductor tracks for energizing the PTC element with different polarities, which are electrically conductively connected to the latter and which are electrically connected in the connection chamber, are received in the housing. The PTC element and at least one of the conductor tracks are received in a heater casing. The heater casing is pressed into the receiving pocket subject to plastic deformation of the heater casing and/or the receiving pocket.
HEATER ASSEMBLY AND AEROSOL GENERATING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
A heater assembly includes a heating element formed in a mesh having a tubular shape, and configured to generate heat when electricity is supplied, and a plurality of electrodes respectively connected to opposite end portions the heating element in a lengthwise direction, extending in a circumferential direction of the heating element, and configured to supply the electricity to the heating element.
Process for making a flexible foil heater
A method of making a metal foil heater comprising transferring a line image of a heater circuit to cutter and cutting the foil into a metal foil construction before affixing plastic sheets to both sides while attaching wires configured to supply current to the heater.
Electric heater
An electric heater includes a substrate and an inner plane heating element formed on one surface of the substrate. The inner plane heating element includes an inner pattern portion connecting a start point with an end point. The inner pattern portion includes a first track, a second track located outside the first track and spaced part from the first track, a first bridge connecting the first track with one end of the second track, a third track located outside the second track and spaced apart from the second track, and a second bridge connecting the other end of the second track with the third track. A first gap G1 between the first and second tracks is shorter than a second gap G2 between the second and third tracks along a virtual line crossing the first, second and third tracks and closer to the first bridge than the second bridge.
Attachment Part for a Motor Vehicle, Motor Vehicle Comprising an Attachment Part of this Type, and Production Method
An attachment part for a motor vehicle includes a main body and a securing element where the attachment part is mechanically securable to the motor vehicle by the securing element. An electrical consumer is integrated into the attachment part. Connection conductor tracks are attached to the main body, contact the electrical consumer, and extend as far as the securing element where the electrical consumer is electrically connectable to a power supply on the motor vehicle by the connection conductor tracks.
HEATING ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC VAPORIZER
A heating assembly for heat an aerosol-generation substrate, including: a heating cavity having: a first conductive region; a second conductive region provided on a side of the first conductive region; and an insulating region provided between the first conductive region and the second conductive region for electrically isolating the first conductive region from the second conductive region. In a state where the aerosol-generation substrate is accommodated in the heating cavity, an electrical connection is formed between the first conductive region and the second conductive region through the aerosol-generation substrate.
PTC HEATER
A heating apparatus is disclosed. The heating apparatus comprises a PTC heating element, a first electrode, a second electrode, a first protection layer, a second protection layer, a first interlayer, and a second interlayer. A hardness of the first protection layer is greater than that of the first interlayer. A hardness of the second protection layer is greater than that of the second interlayer.
Heat-generating element and electric heating device containing such
A heat-generating element for an electric heating device includes a heating element casing which comprises a casing element formed from a ceramic material and a casing mating element formed from a ceramic material. The two casing elements bear against each other in a sealing manner and enclose, in a sealing manner between each other, a PTC element and conductor tracks. The conductor tracks bear, in an electrically conductive manner, against the PTC element and are assigned different polarities for energizing the PTC element. The heating element casing carries contact strips connected in an electrically conductive manner to the associated conductor tracks. At least one of the conductor tracks is formed by an electrically conductive element which is provided with through holes and which, in a height direction of the conductor track, comprises discrete points of support that bear against the PTC element and one of casing element and casing mating element. The present invention further relates to an electric heating device with at least one heater casing with a heat-generating element of the type described here that is arranged in a circulation chamber with a heating element casing joining at least one PTC element and contact strips energizing the PTC element as a structural unit. The heat generating element has the contact strips electrically connected to the PTC element projecting over itself. A partition wall separates the circulation chamber from a connection chamber of the heater casing.
