ELEMENT FOR AN ELECTRICALLY OPERATED AEROSOL-GENERATING SYSTEM HAVING A DUAL FUNCTION
An aerosol-generating element includes first and second electrical connection terminals; a first electrical element being an aerosol-generator connected between the first and second electrical connection terminals; and a second electrical element connected between the first and second electrical connection terminals. A first barrier element is connected between the first electrical element and the second electrical connection terminal, and a second barrier element is connected between the second electrical element and the first electrical connection terminal. The first and second barrier elements have opposite asymmetric conductance.
Hot gas generation device
A hot gas generation device with which a gas flow, for example, an air flow, is heated. This device is used for heating an edge band or another coating material, in particular an adhesive layer provided on this coating material. In this way, the coating material is prepared for being applied to a (wooden) work piece, which may, for example, be plate-shaped.
Electronic cigarette
A USB electronic cigarette has an atomizer section. The atomizer section has a heat chamber configured to receive liquid from a fluid reservoir. A USB connector is formed on the atomizer section. The USB connector includes a USB socket mounted to the atomizer section. A battery section is releasable and detachable from the atomizer section at the USB connector. The USB connector includes a USB protrusion configured to fit into the USB socket. The USB protrusion is mounted to the battery section. A rechargeable battery is housed within the battery section and configured to be recharged via the USB protrusion. A user is provided a smokable USB stick that is USB rechargeable.
FOOD PRODUCT TEMPERATURE REGULATION UNIT
A temperature regulation unit includes a housing, a conduit, a fan, and a thermal element. The housing has a sidewall with an upper end and a lower end. The sidewall defines an internal cavity. The conduit is disposed within the internal cavity of the housing and defines a passage. The conduit has a first end and an opposing second end. The fan is positioned within the internal cavity of the housing at the first end of the conduit. The fan is configured to provide an airflow to the passage of the conduit. The thermal element is positioned within the passage of the conduit. The thermal element is configured to thermally regulate a temperature of the airflow flowing past the thermal element and out of the opposing second end of the conduit.
Heater assembly for an appliance having one or more thermostats
A heater assembly or dryer appliance, as provided herein, may include a housing, a heating element, and a thermostat. The housing may have an outer surface and an inner surface. The inner surface may define a chamber, an inlet, and an outlet. The housing may further include an embossing mount extending radially outward along the outer surface. The heating element may be disposed within the chamber to selectively heat air in a flow of heated air from the inlet to the outlet. The thermostat may be mounted on the outer surface of the housing. The thermostat may include a probe, a first mounting tab, and a second mounting tab. The probe may be positioned in thermal communication with the chamber. The first mounting tab may be secured to the embossing mount. The second mounting tab may be held against the outer surface.
Accessory E-Cigarette Filter Assembly
An accessory e-cigarette filter assembly that is essentially a protective sleeve for both a vaporizer/electronic cigarette and an exhale filter is disclosed. The apparatus is further for the purpose of removably pairing an exhale filter to a vaporizer. Also notably, the invention is a removable mouthpiece having dual valve technology that couples to both the vaporizer and the exhale filter via the protective sleeve. The dual valve technology configured for inhale and exhale could also be adapted to other personal air filter applications as desired.
PERSONAL VAPORIZER WITH BREACH DETECTION
The present disclosure describes a personal vaporizer which can detect whether or not a cartridge of the personal vaporizer has been breached. The cartridge includes a conductive shell. The conductive shell can include two or more conductors which are electrically isolated from each-other. Prior to operation, the personal vaporizer can use the two or more conductors to assess whether or not an outer shell of the cartridge has been breached. In some implementations, if it is determined that the cartridge has been breached, the personal vaporizer can shut down, or otherwise fail to operate normally.
Multiple chamber vaporizer
The present device has at least two chambers for receiving vaporizable components, two heating elements, and circuitry to control heater behavior.
BARE HEATING ELEMENTS FOR HEATING FLUID FLOWS
A heater for use in heating a fluid flow through a passageway is provided that includes a continuous resistive heating element having a predefined shape that is directly exposed to the fluid flow. The predefined shape includes a cross-sectional geometry that provides a required heat distribution, structural strength, and reduced back pressure within the passageway. The predefined shape may include airfoils, while the cross-sectional geometry provides a required heat distribution, structural strength, and reduced back pressure within the passageway.
STAMPED RESISTIVE ELEMENT FOR USE IN ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF STAMPED RESISTIVE ELEMENT AND APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH STAMPED RESISTIVE ELEMENT
A stamped resistive element for use in electrical equipment, manufacturing process of stamped resistive element and apparatus equipped with stamped resistive element are provided. The stamped resistive element is produced from a stamping process and is intended to be used in replacement of conventional helical electrical resistances, whether in hair dryers and similar equipment or in other types of heating equipment. The stamped resistive element is produced as a blank from a metal sheet presenting a known resistive coefficient.
