INSERT ELEMENT POSITIONABLE WITHIN A TRAY AND TRAY LINER OF A HIGH CHAIR
A heat sustaining system disclosed here includes an insert element positionable within high chair feeding members, and further includes a heating element and an electrical power source. The high chair feeding members are a high chair tray liner or a high chair tray. The insert element is housed within the high chair feeding members, where the high chair feeding members define a cavity. The heating element is inserted into the cavity of high chair feeding members to transfer generated heat to an upper surface of the high chair feeding members, thereby conductively transferring heat to the surface of the high chair feeding members. The electrical power source is positioned adjacent to the heating element to heat the heating element, where the heat generated in the heating element is of a predefined temperature which sustains the heat of a food item positioned above the upper surface of the high chair feeding members.

A heated high chair disclosed here includes an heating element positionable within high chair, and further includes a heating element and an electrical power source. The heating element is housed within the high chair feeding member, where the high chair feeding member defines a cavity. The heating element is inserted into the cavity of high chair feeding member to transfer generated heat to an upper surface of the high chair feeding member, thereby conductively transferring heat to an upper surface of the high chair feeding member. The electrical power source is positioned adjacent to the heating element to heat the heating element, where the heat generated in the heating element sustains the heat of a food item positioned above the upper surface of the high chair feeding member.

A heater, in particular a high-temperature heater, for example for domestic heating appliances, in which a layer that produces heat when a current flows through is provided on a carrier material as a heating element, wherein a first electrically conductive layer which is formed from a free-flowing, non-electrically conductive base material and carbon nano tubes dispersed therein is applied to the carrier material, wherein a protective layer is applied to this first layer and at least partly penetrates into the first layer as it is applied, or wherein a functional layer with carbon nano tubes dispersed therein is applied to the carrier material, and wherein the at least one layer or the functional layer makes contact with strip-like contact elements, and the layers applied to the carrier material or the functional layer are heated.

The invention relates to a method for producing a heater, in particular a high-temperature heater and also a high-temperature heater, for example for domestic heating appliances, in which a layer that produces heat when a current flows through is provided on a carrier material (12) as a heating element (14), wherein a first electrically conductive layer (16) which is formed from a free-flowing, non-electrically conductive base material and carbon nano tubes dispersed therein is applied to the carrier material (12), wherein a protective layer (17) is applied to this first layer (16) and at least partly penetrates into the first layer (14) as it is applied, or wherein a functional layer (21) with carbon nano tubes dispersed therein is applied to the carrier material (12), and wherein the at least one layer (16, 17) or the functional layer (21) makes contact with strip-like contact elements (18), and the layers (16, 17) applied to the carrier material or the functional layer (21) are heated.
