The treadmill includes a first rotatable element coupled to the frame; a second rotatable element coupled to the frame; an intermediate member coupled to the frame that is disposed intermediate the first rotatable element and the second rotatable element and coupled to at least one of the first rotatable element or the second rotatable element; a running belt disposed about the first and second rotatable elements, the running belt defining a non-planar surface; and a safety device coupled to the intermediate member. The safety device is operable to substantially prevent rotation of at least one of the first rotatable element or the second rotatable element in a first rotational direction and permit rotation of the at least one of the first rotatable element or the second rotatable element in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction.

Thereafter, the substrate on which the neutralization processing has been performed is transported to a coating processing unit in a coating processing section. In the coating processing unit, a film of a processing liquid is formed on the one surface of the substrate on which the neutralization processing has been performed.

With the above apparatus, parasitic capacitive load can be minimized while electrostatic protection is performed on the RF circuit.

A non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit with electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is disclosed. The non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit with ESD protection includes a non-common-ground plane, a dielectric substrate and a conductor. The conductor is disposed above the non-common-ground plane. The dielectric substrate is disposed between the conductor and the non-common-ground plane. The non-common-ground plane at least has a first ground region and a second ground region separated and insulated from each other. The first ground region corresponds to a first terminal of the conductor and the second ground region corresponds to a second terminal of the conductor. When an ESD event occurs on one of the first ground region and the second ground region, the other of the first ground region and the second ground region will not be damaged by the ESD event. The non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit also provides surge protection.
