Component assembly including a connection between two components
A component assembly that includes a connection between two components, in particular an electronic circuit board and a housing. The connection includes a pin-shaped connector via which the electronic circuit board is held on the housing, and the pin-shaped connector in a passage of the housing being connected to the housing via a housing caulking. The pin-shaped connector, in the area of the housing caulking, includes a recess that cooperates with the housing caulking in such a way that the pin-shaped connecting means is held in the passage.
Component Carrier With Low Shrinkage Dielectric Material
A component carrier includes a stack having at least one electrically conductive layer structure and/or at least one electrically insulating layer structure. At least part of the at least one electrically insulating layer structure comprises or consists of a material having a curing shrinkage value of less than 2%.
FITTING STRUCTURE FOR CONDUCTIVE SHEET AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
The fitting structure for a conductive sheet of this invention comprises: a conductive member which is arranged within a predetermined region in a front case of an electronic device that has the front case and a rear case, said cases being first and second case pieces that are separably joined to each other, and which is electrically connected to ground patterns of the electronic device; and a conductive sheet which is arranged within the rear case so as to face the predetermined region of the front case and comprises a conductive layer. In a state where the front case and the rear case are joined with each other, the conductive layer of the conductive sheet is in contact with the conductive member and is electrically connected to the ground patterns of the electronic device.
Wearable electronics formed on intermediate layer on textiles
One manner of producing more desirable clothing with electronic capabilities is to manufacture electronics, such as the charging wires or devices themselves, directly onto the textile materials. Textile materials generally do not support the manufacturing of electronic devices, in part because the surface of the textile is too rough for electronic devices or the processes used to manufacture electronic devices. An intermediate layer may be placed on the textile material to reduce the roughness of the surface of the textile material and provide other beneficial characteristics for the placement of electronic devices directly on the textile material.
HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A portable electronic device includes a front cover, a rear cover, and a housing structure between and coupled to the front cover and the rear cover. The housing structure includes a first housing member defining and a first interlock feature formed along a first end surface. The portable electronic device also includes a second housing member defining a second interlock feature formed along a second end surface. The portable electronic device also includes a nonconductive joining element engaged with the first interlock feature and the second interlock feature, thereby structurally coupling the first housing member to the second housing member.
HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A portable electronic device includes a housing, a display at least partially within the housing, a front cover coupled to the housing and positioned over the display, a rear cover coupled to the housing and defining a first portion of a rear exterior surface of the portable electronic device, a protrusion defining a sensor array region of the rear cover and a second portion of the rear exterior surface, and an internal surface opposite the second portion of the rear exterior surface. The portable electronic device also includes a sensor array mounted within the housing along the sensor array region and comprising a frame member coupled to the rear cover along the internal surface and defining a wall structure defining a first container region and a second container region, a camera module positioned in the first container region, and a depth sensor module positioned in the second container region and attached to the internal surface of the rear cover.
HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A portable electronic device includes a housing member. The portable electronic device also includes a front cover coupled to the housing member and defining a top surface defining a portion of an exterior front surface of the portable electronic device, a bottom surface opposite the top surface, a peripheral side surface, and a chamfered edge extending from the bottom surface to the peripheral side surface. The portable electronic device further includes a display stack attached to the bottom surface of the front cover, an opaque coating positioned on at least a portion of each of the peripheral side surface, the chamfered edge, and the bottom surface and configured to absorb light emitted by the display stack, and a rear cover coupled to the housing member and defining a second portion of the exterior rear surface of the portable electronic device.
METHOD OF ASSEMBLING FASTENER STRUCTURE ON PLATE BODY
A method of assembling a fastener structure on a plate body is introduced. The fastener structure includes a body portion and a fastening body. The body portion has a solderable layer, and the solderable layer is soldered to a plate body. The fastening body combines movably with the body portion. The fastening body has a head and a fastening portion. The body portion or the fastening body is provided on the plate body for soldering after it is picked up by a tool so that the body portion can combine with the plate body. Also, the body portion or the fastening body combines with an assisting pickup unit, and the fastener structure is provided on the plate body for soldering after it is picked up by a tool through the assisting pickup unit so that the body portion can combine with the plate body.
ADHERING JIG AND ADHERING METHOD
An adhering jig includes a mounting plate having an upper surface, and a plurality of aligning parts incorporated in the mounting plate. A plurality of first holes are formed in the upper surface, and a plurality of first pins are engaged in the plurality of first holes, each having a base end and an upper end, and configured to be movable in a direction normal to the upper surface. A plurality of first adjusting members are located inward with respect to the upper surface. The plurality of first adjusting members are configured to support the plurality of first pins and to adjust movements thereof. The plurality of first adjusting members are, when the plurality of first pins are pressed in the first holes, configured to exert opposite force to the force applied through the plurality of first pins.
HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICE
