Tiled displays and methods of manufacturing the same

A tiled display having pixels arranged in rows and columns, and including first and second tiles. The tiles comprise a substrate carrying a matrix of pixels arranged at a pixel pitch. The substrates comprise an edge extending between opposing faces in a depth direction. The substrate edges have a complementary shape, and face one another to establish a seam. The pixel pitch is maintained across the seam. Pixels of the second tile are not interposed between pixels of the first tile. The complementary shape includes a segment of the seam being oblique to the pixel rows, or the substrate edge of the first tile profiled in the depth direction whereby at least a section of the edge is non-perpendicular to the faces. The tiled display can maintain the pixel pitch at the seams at high resolutions (e.g., pixel pitch less than 0.5 mm).

A display apparatus including: a plurality of display tiles; a controller configured to control the display tiles; a mounting structure for mounting the plurality of display tiles, the mounting structure including a conductive interconnect layer having a plurality of traces configured to connected the plurality of display tiles to the controller, and a connector connecting at least one display tile to the mounting structure. The at least one display tile is sufficiently flexible to have a curvature, wherein the curvature produces a space between the at least one display tile and the mounting structure to house the controller.

Seamless curved display system and methods

Display modules have a plurality of light emitting elements arranged in a predetermined pattern and providing a highly uniform visual effect. Methods are provided to support a plurality of flexible display modules in an adjustable curved arrangement. Alignment and complementary alignment features enable the alignment of adjacent display modules and the creation of large displays from a plurality of aligned display modules. Features to couple to and retain a support frame are provided. Flexible and durable weather resistance features are provided. A system of modular support frames works cooperatively with the display modules, adapting to different mounting environments, and thereby providing large modular displays with desirable properties.

Embodiments of the presently disclosed invention may enable electrical components and connections to be monitored within electrical distribution equipment cabinets having a blanking panel. Such an IR/UV-permitting panel may replace the preexisting blanking panel in order to monitor the adjacent area having the targeted components and connections to be monitored. NFC tags may be utilized in connection with an IR/UV-permitting panel to enable data acquisition and management systems for the monitoring of electrical components in a cabinet.

Modular devices with latches

An example modular device includes a housing having an upper side, a lower side, and a sidewall having a first opening. The modular device also includes an attachment tab to attach the peripheral device to a second modular device at the upper side. The modular device further includes a latch disposed within the housing. The latch includes a main body having a second opening aligned with the first opening to receive an anti-theft device. The latch also includes a latch arm extending from the main body to control an engagement of the attachment tab with the second modular device. The latch further includes a latch unlocking tab exposed at the lower side to control a position of the latch.

Multi-screen display apparatus

A multi-screen display apparatus includes two display screens, an optical element and an optical element fixing mechanism. The two display screens are arranged adjacent to each other, wherein the two display screens have an included angle. Each of the display screens has a display area and a frame surrounding the display area. The optical element is disposed between the two display screens and covers two adjacent sides of the frames of the two display screens and portions of the display areas of the two display screens. The optical element fixing mechanism includes a fixing cord, and the fixing cord is configured to fix the optical element to one of the two display screens.

Prefabricating and stacking combined data center and assembling method thereof

Disclosed is a prefabricating and stacking combined data center. The data center is formed block structures in a multi-dimensional stacking manner. The block structures are disposed to be a fire protection layer, an air return layer, a bridge architecture wiring layer, a top-cabinet wiring layer, a cabinet device layer, and an air supply layer from up to down, which are independent from each other. Provided is a prefabricating and stacking combined data center. Operation difficulty of site construction is greatly reduced by prefabricating block structures by a factory, forming the data center by multi-dimensional stacking, and connecting the block structures with each other by splicing on site. In addition, according to different requirements of customers, corresponding ancillary facilities may be designed based on volume of an IT device, and the device and a computer room may be reasonably and effectively arranged according to the corresponding national standards and specifications.

Inverter system

An inverter system is provided, by which the magnitudes of currents flowing through inverter modules are substantially equal. The inverter system includes multiple inverter modules connected in parallel, where input terminals of all the multiple inverter modules are connected to a same direct current input bus, and output terminals of all the multiple inverter modules are connected to a same alternating current output bus. An input contact S1 of the direct current input bus and an output contact S2 of the alternating current output bus are such located that a difference between impedances of any two branches between S1 and S2 does not exceed a preset value.

LED display panel

An LED display panel includes main frame made of a lightweight material, a supporting component and a control box. The main frame includes a first end surface for mounting a display screen and a second end surface opposing the first end surface. The supporting component includes a supporting tube and a plurality of supporting members. Fixing parts are arranged on peripheral edges of the second end surface, and the plurality of supporting members are correspondingly mounted on the fixing parts. A tube fixing part is arranged on an end of the supporting member far away from the second end surface, and the supporting tube is fixed on the tube fixing part. A power supply, a control system and a signal transmission system are arranged in the control box, and the control system and the signal transmission system are electrically connected to the power supply.
