IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes an image forming portion, a frame, which is a part of a main assembly frame, extending along a predetermined plane, a cover provided outside of the frame and extending along the predetermined plane and a circuit board, provided between the frame and the cover with in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined plane and extending along the predetermined plane. An opening portion penetrating the circuit board is formed in the circuit board. The frame includes a first abutting portion protruding toward the circuit board and the cover includes a second abutting portion protruding toward the circuit board. The first and second abutting portions are opposite to each other via the circuit board and positioned in an area where the opening portion of the circuit board is sandwiched therebetween in the direction perpendicular to the predetermined plane.
Angled Faceplates for a network element
A module for a networking node is disclosed. The module includes a Printed Circuit Board (“PCB”), one or more circuits mounted to the PCB and a faceplate. The faceplate includes a middle plate, a first side plate, and a second side plate. The first side plate extends from the middle plate at an obtuse angle relative to the middle plate towards a first side and back of the module. The second side plate extends from the middle plate, opposite to the first side plate, at an obtuse angle relative to the middle plate towards a second side and the back of the module.
CIRCUIT BOARDS FOR HIGH-POWER APPLICATIONS
To support a large current, a circuit board may be a hybrid card, with a signal portion formed using a conventional PCB manufacturing techniques and a power portion formed with one or more blades mechanically coupled to the signal portion. The blade (s) may be metal plates. The hybrid card may be usable with a hybrid edge connector that includes an insulative housing with a slot lined with signal terminals, in a signal portion, and power terminals in a power portion. The power terminals may be made with multiple layers, with each layer formed into one or more fingers. Each finger may be configured to make contact with an edge of a blade inserted in the slot such that each terminal has multiple contact points to the blade and can carry a large current. The slot in the connector housing may have different widths in the signal and power portions and the center lines of those portions may be offset with respect to each other.
ADHESIVE PHYSIOLOGICAL MONITORING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a cardiac monitoring device and systems/methods relating to same. Preferred embodiments may include adhesive layers having channels for transpiring moisture to promote long term adhesion of the device to a subject. The adhesive layer may be surrounded by a non-adhesive lining to inhibit substrate layers from folding under the adhesive. In some embodiments, the adhesive layer may be replaceable. In some embodiments, the adhesive layer may extend beneath a substrate coupled to a housing but not be adhered to the overlying substrate layers. The angles of the edges of the adhesive layer may be configured to minimize peeling forces. Substrate layers above the adhesive layer may be perforated to promote transpiration of moisture and/or provide conformability to the substrate. The perforations may promote anisotropic resistance to compression and/or extension of the substrate.
WEARABLE DEVICE WITH BRIDGE PORTION
The present disclosure relates to a wearable device with a bridge portion and systems/methods relating to the device. Preferred embodiments may include two flexible wings and a bridge connecting the two wings. In some embodiments, the upper surface of the bridge can be non-adhesive and uncoupled to the flexible wing such that the flexible wing can be decoupled from the bridge when the adhesive is adhered to the surface of a user. The bridge can be narrower in some portions, and extend around the housing of the monitor. The bridge can extend beneath the housing and bisect the two flexible wings.
WEARABLE DEVICE WITH CONDUCTIVE TRACES AND INSULATOR
The present disclosure relates to a wearable device that includes a housing, battery terminal connector, conductive traces, and an insulator for recording signals. The device may include a housing enclosing a circuit board and a battery. The device may include two conductive traces electrically connected to terminals of the battery and an insulator separating the conductive traces. The battery terminal connector can present both the conductive traces to the outer surface for coupling to a circuit board. The device can assess the physiological signals to infer a likelihood of arrhythmia of a user.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS FOR PHYSIOLOGICAL MONITORING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a device configured to be adhered to the surface of a mammal for recording physiological signals. The device may include a housing enclosing a circuit board and a flexible wing extending from the housing. The device may include an electrode coupled to the flexible wing and an electrical trace for transmitting an electrical signal between the electrode and the circuit board. The electrical trace may have an insulator with a conductive material and resistors printed on the surface of the insulator. The trace layer may include conductive vias for transmitting the signal from a bottom of the trace layer to a top of the trace layer. The housing may include a battery having a battery terminal connector configured to provide electrical access to both terminals on a single side of the battery. The housing may include a floating trigger button.
