ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING HOUSING
According to an embodiment of the disclosure, an electronic device may include a housing including a rear plate including a first region having a first concavo-convex pattern formed therein, and a second region having a second concavo-convex pattern formed therein, and a processor disposed inside the housing. The first concavo-convex pattern and the second concavo-convex pattern may be integrally formed with the rear plate, and a first depth of the first concavo-convex pattern may be different from a second depth of the second concavo-convex pattern.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE
An electronic device includes: a housing including a plate and a back plate facing a second surface of the plate and including a planar area facing a first direction, a display module including a display disposed on a first surface of the plate, a battery and a circuit board disposed on the second surface of the plate, a first flexible substrate extending from the display module, and a second flexible substrate extending from the circuit board to the first flexible substrate across the battery. The first flexible substrate includes a first connector, and the second flexible substrate includes a second connector. The first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate are configured such that the first connector and the second connector are coupled in a second direction different from the first direction.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING COOLING MODULE AND METHOD FOR CONTORLLING COOLING MODULE THEREOF
Electronic devices and methods thereof are disclosed. A first electronic device includes a housing including an inner space for receiving an external electronic device therein, a battery disposed in the housing, a detection module disposed in the housing, and configured to detect one of receiving or removal of the external electronic device from the inner space, at least one cooling module disposed in the housing, at least one processor operatively coupled with the detection module and the at least one cooling module, and a memory operatively coupled with the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions which are executable by the at least one processor to detect, through the detection module, that the external electronic device is received in the housing, receive at least one of an operational state information or temperature information for the external electronic device in response to the detecting of the received external electronic device, and control the at least one cooling module, based on at least one of the operational state information or the temperature information.
FLEXIBLE BATTERY CONTAINMENT
A computing device is disclosed. The computing device has a frame including a recessed battery compartment, the recessed battery compartment having a rigid back surface. The computing device further has a closure member having a rigid portion and a flexible portion, wherein a periphery of the closure member is coupled to a peripheral edge of the recessed battery compartment, the flexible portion to permit the rigid portion to move relative to the frame. The computing device further has a battery coupled to one or more of the battery compartment and the closure member, the battery oriented between and substantially adjacent to the rigid back surface of the battery compartment and the closure member.
FOLDABLE DEVICE
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a foldable housing configured to include a hinge structure, a first housing structure that has a first face that is connected to the hinge structure and is directed in a first direction, a second face that is directed in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a first lateral member that at least partly surrounds a space between the first face and the second face, and a second housing structure that has a third face that is connected to the hinge structure and is directed in a third direction, a fourth face that is directed in a fourth direction opposite to the third direction, a second lateral member that at least partly surrounds a space between the third face and the fourth face, and that is folded about the hinge structure onto the first housing structure, a flexible display, a first magnet a second magnet and at least one electrical path.
Strap adjustments via sensors
Example implementations relate to a display and strap with sensors. In some examples, an apparatus may comprise a strap, a pressure sensor coupled to the strap, and a display coupled to the strap. In some examples, the apparatus may include a tensioner mechanism coupled to the strap and a motor coupled to the tensioner mechanism. The motor may actuate the tensioner mechanism to adjust the strap to a particular amount of tension, and the particular amount of tension may be based on an amount of pressure detected by the pressure sensor.
Devices and accessories employing a living hinge
A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360° allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The devices of the disclosure can also be used to organize and hold loose items together.
