PACKAGE FOR HOUSING AN ELECTRIC OR ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
A package for housing an electric or electronic component is disclosed. The package includes a base and a header that includes a top portion and a support portion. The support portion has a first and a second end that defines a first and a second opening respectively. The top portion is secured to the first end and covers the first opening. The top portion includes a header vent to allow a substance (e.g., air, water, etc.) to flow into or out of an interior of the package. The header is configured to house the component therein. The header can be placed into a circular hole of the circuit board. The base is secured to the second end of the support portion, and is configured to secure the package to the circuit board. The vent can minimize moisture within the package and/or drain liquid from inside of the package.
Protective housing for flexible fixation of components and circuit board with protective housing
The protective housing can cover at least one component on the circuit board; the interior of the cover has several protrusions that are built, so that at least one part is displaced by raising the protective housing on at least one component, so that it is in contact with the exterior contour of the component and fastens it. Moreover, a circuit board is provided with at least one protective housing.
ARRANGEMENT ARRANGED TO ENCLOSE A CIRCUIT BOARD COMPRISING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS AND A TOOL COMPRISING THE ARRANGMENT
An arrangement arranged to enclose a circuit board comprising electronic components is described. The arrangement comprises a structure designed to receive the circuit board and the electronic components, a housing designed to receive the structure, a cover designed to be connected to the housing, and an electric socket adapted to provide the circuit board with electricity. The electric socket is comprised in at least one of the housing or the cover. The arrangement is arranged to enclose the circuit board by the housing and the cover, wherein the structure is designed to be releasable and at least partly bear against the circuit board and the electronic components. A tool comprising an arrangement is also described.
GLASS ENCLOSURE
A handheld computing device that includes an enclosure having structural walls formed from a glass material that can be radio-transparent. The enclosure can be formed from a hollow glass tube or two glass members bonded together. A laser frit bonding process may be used to hermetically seal the two glass members together to create a water resistant electronic device.
Hearing device
A hearing device is disclosed. The hearing device comprises a chassis and a printed circuit board attached to the chassis. The chassis comprises a number of attachment members configured to restrict the motion of the printed circuit board in one or more directions. The attachment members are integrated parts of the chassis.
Devices and accessories employing a living hinge
A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360? allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The devices of the disclosure can also be used to organize and hold loose items together.
Semiconductor module with gripping sockets, methods for gripping, for moving and for electrically testing a semiconductor module
One aspect of the invention relates to a semiconductor module with an outer housing having four side walls, and a circuit carrier, which is mounted on the outer housing and has an upper side and a lower side opposite the upper side. A semiconductor chip is arranged on the upper side and in the outer housing. A first gripping socket, which is formed as an indentation, extends from the outer side of the outer housing into a first of the side walls.
Low profile, highly configurable, current sharing paralleled wide band gap power device power module
A method of making a power module includes providing a base plate defining a topology pattern, providing a power substrate above the base plate, providing at least two power contacts and arranging solder catches in the at least two power contacts, soldering the at least two power contacts to the power substrate utilizing the solder catches, and securing a housing to the power substrate.
CARD HOLDER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A card holder is used for an electronic device having a housing, and is able to accommodate a data card and be inserted into the housing. The card holder includes a card tray and a card cover. The card tray is configured to accommodate the data card. The card cover is connected to the card tray, is rotatable relative to the card tray, and includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other and a first protrusion extending towards the card tray. When the card holder is in a state of being inserted into the housing and a pushing force is applied to the first end, the card cover is rotatable about the first protrusion such that the first end extends further into the housing and the second end extends out of the housing. An electronic device is also provided.
Junction box for multiple LED drivers
Junction boxes for enclosing and making electrical connections to multiple LED drivers are disclosed. The junction boxes include a bottom or base and a cover. Dividers arising from the base divide the junction box into high-voltage and low-voltage compartments. A cut-out open at the top of each divider allows drivers to be placed in a junction box without having to pull wires through holes or openings. Typically, the base is open along two sidewalls, with the cover being U-shaped to complete the enclosure. Various mounting mechanisms are disclosed for securing drivers within junction boxes.
