METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CHASSIS MEMBER USABLE IN A CHASSIS OF AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A chassis member for a chassis of an electronic device is disclosed. The chassis member includes an aluminum alloy layer and an alumite layer serving as an outermost layer of the chassis member and disposed on a surface of the aluminum alloy layer. A grain size of an aluminum alloy in the aluminum alloy layer is between 40 μm and 50 μm.
Support unit for a circuit board in a sensor unit and corresponding sensor unit
A support unit for a circuit board in a sensor unit comprises a main body that defines an outer contour and includes a first joining geometry and a second joining geometry. The first joining geometry is configured to at least one of guide and electrically contact external contact elements, and includes contact receiving pockets configured to guide the external contact elements, and at least one reinforcement web that separates two adjacent contact receiving pockets. The second joining geometry is configured to join the support unit to the circuit board. The first joining geometry defines at least in part an external interface via which at least one electrical output signal of the circuit board is tapped.
Junction Box for LED Drivers
Junction boxes for enclosing and making electrical connections to LED drivers are disclosed. The junction boxes include a bottom or base and a cover. Dividers arising from the base divide the junction box into high-voltage and low-voltage compartments. A cut-out open at the top of each divider allows a driver to be placed in a junction box without having to pull wires through holes or openings. Typically, the base is open along the top and along at least a portion of one sidewall, with the cover being L- or U-shaped to complete the enclosure. Various mounting mechanisms are disclosed for securing drivers within junction boxes. Embodiments that can house several drivers or components within one junction box are disclosed, as are weather- and water-resistant embodiments.
CLOTHES CARE APPARATUS
Disclosed is a clothes care apparatus capable of preventing the spreading of fire when a fire occurs on a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. The clothes care apparatus may comprise: a PCB assembly; a PCB housing having an accommodation space for accommodating the PCB assembly, the PCB housing including a sidewall that forms the accommodation space; and a protective body filled into the accommodation space to cover the PCB assembly, wherein the sidewall may include guide wall having a height lower than or equal to a height of the protective body filled in the accommodation space.
Devices and accessories employing a living hinge
A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360° allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The devices of the disclosure can also be used to organize and hold loose items together.
LIQUID LOADING DEVICE AND LIQUID LOADING METHOD
The present disclosure provides a liquid loading device for loading liquid into a product. The product includes a cavity and a liquid inlet communicated with the cavity. The liquid loading device includes a loading module to load liquid into the cavity through the liquid inlet. A sensor senses a pressure in the cavity and generates at least one pressure value. A controller is coupled to the sensor and the loading module, and controls the loading module to operate based on related data. In addition, the present disclosure also provides a liquid loading method.
Resin package and semiconductor light-emitting device
Reliable resin packages and semiconductor light-emitting devices using the resin package can include a printed circuit board including a resin layer, metallic layers formed on a top surface of the resin layer and underneath a bottom surface of the resin layer and a frame arranged from a top surface of the printed circuit board toward a bottom surface of the printed circuit board. The semiconductor light-emitting device using the resin package can prevent the printed circuit board from warping toward the frame when forming the frame incorporating the printed circuit board because a total of each thickness of the metallic layers formed on the top surface and underneath the bottom surface of the resin layer can be thicker than a thickness of the resin layer. Thus, the present invention can provide the semiconductor light-emitting devices having high reliability, which can be used as a light source for vehicle lamps, etc.
Circuit grouping systems and methods
Installation of electrical systems can require a large amount of branch circuits that can lead to a labeling degeneracy that can require a customized on-site tagging step to identify each conductor to be installed, or cause technicians to install additional circuit housing runs to circumvent the degeneracy. Circuit grouping systems and methods, and circuit installation methods, are disclosed herein that prevent such inefficiencies.
FEEDTHROUGH ASSEMBLY WITH FEATURE FOR CONTROLLING COMPONENT POSITION
In some examples, a feedthrough assembly for a medical device may include a ferrule. The ferrule defines an aperture extending through the ferrule from an outer end surface defined by the ferrule to an end inner end surface defined by the ferrule. The aperture includes a first portion having a first diameter and a second portion having a second diameter less than the first diameter. The aperture defines a longitudinal axis extending therethrough and the ferrule defines a ledge between the first and second portions of the aperture that extends radially inward toward the longitudinal axis. The feedthrough assembly further may include a conductive pin within the aperture and an insulating member surrounding at least a portion of the pin. The insulating member may electrically insulate the conductive pin from the ferrule, and the ledge and a surface of the insulating member adjacent the ledge may define a space therebetween.
