POWER CONVERSION DEVICE
A capacitor unit includes: a base portion with a mount surface, and a locking member. The locking member includes a shaft portion to be inserted in a hole provided in the mount surface and a head portion. A first guide member and a second guide member guide along an anteroposterior direction, a first end and a second end of the base portion in a lateral direction, respectively. The hole is located between the capacitor and the first end in the lateral direction, and arranged at a position more distant from an opening than the first guide member in the anteroposterior direction. At a first engagement position, the locking member abuts on the first guide member. At a second engagement position, abutment of the locking member on the first guide member is canceled.
RADIO SENSOR MODULE AND MODULAR SYSTEM FOR FORMING A RADIO SENSOR MODULE
A radio sensor module having a sensor base module having at least one sensor circuit board that has a sensor, and/or having a terminal for connection to a sensor external to the radio sensor module; a process terminal and/or an extended sensor terminal; a housing portion that accommodates the sensor base module and the sensor circuit board; and a radio sensor unit having a structural carrier that carries therein a radio circuit board and an energy store that supplies the radio circuit board with electrical energy. The energy store has an electrical battery and an electrical condenser which are electrically connected in parallel. A modular system is also provided for forming such a radio sensor module.
Secured, Sub-Rack Network Rack Building Block
A cargo rack is usable to store electronic devices, such as servers, while the electronic devices operate. The cargo rack has a telescoping enclosure with one or two doors for selectively closing either or both ends of the enclosure. The cargo rack also includes an onboard electronic system. The electronic system includes a programmable controller and an access control system for selectively locking or unlocking the door or doors of the enclosure. The access control system includes a security interface at which access credentials may be presented from outside the enclosure for recognition by electronics within the enclosure.
SERVER AIR CROSS-TRANSFER BLANKING FOR DATACENTER COOLING SYSTEMS
Systems and methods for cooling a datacenter are disclosed. In at least one embodiment, one or more blanks may be associated with a motorized subsystem and can be used with one or more server openings on a rack, so that the motorized subsystem can cause the one or more blanks to close or open an individual server opening based in part on a change within the individual server opening.
MOUNTING BRACKET FOR BUSHING WELL INTERUPTER CONTROLS
A mounting bracket for securing a control unit that controls a bushing well interrupter device provided within a transformer enclosure associated with an underground loop circuit. The mounting bracket includes a support portion configured to hold the control unit and a mounting portion coupled to the mounting portion, where the mounting portion including a hook portion configured to hook onto one terminal in the enclosure and a notch portion configured to rest against another terminal in the enclosure.
ENVIRONMENT DETECTING MODULE
An environment detecting module, for securing a shell of a server, includes a sensing module, configured to sense an environment status by a polling method and generate a sensing signal according to the environment status; a connection module, configured to electrically connect the environment detecting module to a host terminal with a first connection status or a second connection status; and a microcontroller unit, coupled to the sensing module and the connection module, configured to determine a power source of the environment detecting module according to the first connection status or the second connection status, and to determine a first mode or a second mode of the environment detecting module according to the power source.
Perceptible indicators of wires being attached correctly to controller
Tools and techniques are described to automate line testing when wiring devices (such as equipment and sensors) to controllers. Controllers have access to databases of the devices that are controlled by them, including wiring diagrams and protocols, such that the controller can automatically check that each wire responds correctly to stimulus from the controller. After testing, a reporting device rapidly shows the results of the line testing.
SYSTEM FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE SHIELDING
A drive carrier for retaining a persistent storage drive in an enclosure. The drive carrier includes a mounting bracket, a handle coupled to the mounting bracket, and an electromagnetic interference (“EMI”) shielding apparatus disposed between mounting bracket and at least a portion of the handle. The mounting bracket is shaped to be coupled to the persistent storage drive. The EMI-shielding apparatus includes a plurality of EMI-shielding fingers. Each EMI-shielding finger includes a lower surface, an upper surface that is approximately parallel to the lower surface, and a contoured surface extending between the lower surface and the upper surface.
Rotating assembly, handle locking devices, and chassis
A rotating assembly includes a first handle; the first handle includes a connecting part. The connecting part has first and second extensions and the connecting part is rotatably connected to a box holding one or more devices. The first and second extensions are arranged on opposite sides of the connecting part, the first extension can rotate with the connecting part until it rests on a base, on which base the box is rotatably arranged. The first extension and the second extension extend to both sides of the connecting part to lessen the force required for driving the box to rotate.
METHODS AND APPARATUS TO IMPROVE PIN CONTACT OF A COMPONENT STACK
Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture to improve pin contact are disclosed. An apparatus disclosed herein includes a back plate, a circuit board disposed between the back plate and a socket, and a spring sheet disposed between the back plate and the circuit board.
