Hot swap component and circuit breaking apparatus used with circuit breaker

A hot swap component is provided, which includes a movable portion and a fixed portion that may be electrically connected to each other by using electrical connectors. When a circuit breaker works, a pin that is of an electrical connector and that is located on the movable portion is correspondingly connected to a base located on the fixed portion, and the fixed portion and the circuit breaker inside the movable portion are conducted. When the circuit breaker is faulty and needs to be repaired and replaced, the movable portion can be pulled out from the fixed portion, and the circuit breaker is electrically disconnected from the fixed portion. An anti-electric shock protection mechanism of the fixed portion isolates a first base inside the fixed portion, thereby implementing safe hot swap of the circuit breaker.

Server chassis

A server chassis includes a housing and two support portions. A bottom plate of the housing includes a loading surface and a three-dimensional reinforcing pattern integrally formed on the loading surface for reinforcing the structural strength of the bottom plate. The support portions are respectively located on an outer surface of the sidewall of the housing. A coverage area of the three-dimensional reinforcing pattern is greater than 10% of the total area of the loading surface. The three-dimensional reinforcing pattern includes a plurality of texture patterns regularly reproduced on the loading surface toward a linear axial direction. The three-dimensional reinforcing pattern also includes a plurality of first arc portions and a plurality of second arc portions arranged in a staggered alignment.

Solenoid assembly with included constant-current controller circuit

A constant-current controller that supplies a constant-current to a solenoid driver for use with an electromechanical device. The controller comprises a PCB containing a constant-current control circuit. The circuit comprises a GaNFET primary switch and a secondary switch. The PCB is integrated with and made a part of the solenoid driver. A standard electromechanical device may be converted to a constant-current controlled electromechanical device by exchanging the solenoid driver.

Rail kit strengthening bracket

A rail kit, comprising: an outer slide; a first strengthening bracket attached to a back of the outer slide; a rear bracket to fit over the outer slide; and a second strengthening bracket attached to a back side of the rear bracket.

Power system and operation method thereof

The present disclosure provides a power system that includes a set of power devices and addressing lines. The set of power devices are electrically connected to a main power source, a standby power source and a server node. The addressing lines are electrically connected to the set of power devices, so that the set of power devices can correspond to a plurality of different addressing signals respectively. The set of power devices are switched at different times based on the different addressing signals, so that one of the main power source or the standby power source supplies power to the server node though the set of power devices.

Latching mechanism

A latching mechanism includes a body having a trip-latch with a protruding portion that protrudes from the body, a release button coupled to a release shaft disposed inside the body, and a holding edge disposed on the release shaft. The holding edge engages the trip-latch to maintain the release button in a depressed position. The holding edge disengages the trip-latch to place the release button in a non-depressed position in response to urging the protruding portion of the trip latch toward the rotatable body. The latching mechanism may also include a spring coupled to the release shaft that urges the release button to a non-depressed position. The latching mechanism may also include a spring coupled to the protruding portion of the trip-latch that urges the trip-latch to protrude from the body. A non-protruding portion of the trip-latch may engage the holding edge.

Disclosed is a rack fastener to engage and retain a first member and hold a second member to the first member. The fastener has two coextensive studs, each having base portions, to install from a back surface of the first member each into separate apertures thereof, such that the studs extend through the separate apertures from a front surface of the first member. A connecting portion connects the two base portions. There is also, a clipping portion extending, directly or indirectly, from one of the base portions, the clipping portion having at least one engagement face to engage a region of another aperture of the first member so that the fastener is substantially prevented from being separated from the first member. The two studs can pass through respective apertures of the second member, and thereafter fasteners can engage each stud to secure the second member to the first member.
