A system for at least partially preventing passage an intrusive electromagnetic field into an internal volume of a structure is provided. The system includes a plurality of shielding modules positionable adjacent one another on an exterior surface of the structure for covering at least a portion of the exterior surface. Each of the shielding modules including a sensor and a shielding coil positioned around the sensor. The sensor is configured to measure the intrusive electromagnetic field and generate a signal based on the measured field. The system further includes a control unit in communication with each of the shielding modules, the control unit controls supply of response currents to the coil based on the signal such that the coil radiates a counteracting electromagnetic field that at least partially prevents passage of the intrusive field into the internal volume of the structure.

Electromagnetically shielded wallpaper

The electromagnetic shielding of an enclosable building structure is provided by applying a shielding wallcovering to at least a portion of building structure. The shielding wall covering is wallpaper comprising a metal-coated substrate core and resin. To connect the shielded wallpaper to the building structure a layer of the resin or an adhesive layer may be used.

External electromagnetic shielding device

An external electromagnetic shielding device is provided. The external electromagnetic shielding device includes a bottom shield, a conductive cover being in a grid-like shape and arranged above the bottom shield, and a rolling module. The conductive cover includes a top shield spaced apart from the bottom shield, a lateral shield connected to the top shield, and a plurality of supports that are fixed to the lateral shield. The supports include a bottom support in an annular arrangement, and any two of the supports are spaced apart from each other. The rolling module includes a rolling unit and a linkage unit that is connected to the rolling unit and the bottom support. When the linkage unit is coiled on or released from the rolling unit, the bottom support can be moved to allow the lateral shield to fold or unfold between the bottom shield and the top shield.
