An electronic component package (100) includes a resin layer (40), an electronic component (10), a grounding member (30), and a conductor film (50). The grounding member (30) includes a multilayer body (31) and an outer conductor (32) disposed at an end portion of the multilayer body (31) in a lamination direction. The multilayer body (31) includes at least one resin film (31a) and at least one pattern conductor (31b) laminated one on another, and at least one via conductor (31c) extending in the lamination direction and connected to the outer conductor (32). In the multilayer body (31), at least one of the pattern conductor (31b) has at least part of a circumference connected to a conductor film (50) and electrically connected to the via conductor (31c). Part of an external terminal and part of the outer conductor (32) are exposed from an identical surface of the resin layer (40).

A shield member (10) disclosed herein includes a flexible conductor (12) that is electrically conductive and covers the outer surface of at least one covered wire (W); at least one ground conductor (20) that electrically connects the flexible conductor (12) to a body ground (G); an auxiliary shield conductor (30) that covers the outer surface of the ground conductor (20); and an auxiliary ground conductor (35) that electrically connects the auxiliary shield conductor (30) to the body ground (G).

A spectroscopic camera includes: a variable-wavelength interference filter; an image pickup element receiving light outputted from the variable-wavelength interference filter; a first circuit board where the variable-wavelength interference filter is provided; a second circuit board where the image pickup element is provided; a casing accommodating the first circuit board and the second circuit board; a first connector mounted at the first circuit board and provided with a first FG terminal electrically coupled to an external device; and a second connector mounted at the second circuit board and provided with a second FG terminal electrically coupled to the external device. The casing is electrically coupled to the first FG terminal of the first connector and the second FG terminal of the second connector without going through the first circuit board and the second circuit board, respectively.

A substrate that includes at least one dielectric layer, a first inductor formed in the at least one dielectric layer, a second inductor formed in the at least one dielectric layer, and a patterned ground layer formed on a metal layer of the substrate. The patterned ground layer is configured to provide electromagnetic (EM) shielding. The patterned ground layer includes a plurality of slots. The plurality of slots may be filled with the at least one dielectric layer. The plurality of slots may include a slot with a rectangular shape, a slot with a polygon shape, a slot with a circular shape, or combinations thereof. The patterned ground layer may include at least one slot that, individually or collectively, has a shape of a spiral.

A touch substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The touch substrate includes a base substrate including a touch area and a light shielding area surrounding the touch area. A first ground wiring and a second ground wiring which lies in a different layer from the first ground wiring are disposed in the light shielding area. The first ground wiring includes a first terminal exposed on a surface of the touch substrate. The second ground wiring includes a second terminal exposed on the surface of the touch substrate. The first terminal and the second terminal do not overlap with each other in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate.
Device for Improving the Electromagnetic Compatibility of Electric/Electronic Devices, Device, and Assembly
A device for improving the electromagnetic compatibility of electric/electronic devices includes an electrically conductive spring element that is configured to be arranged between a first electric/electronic device and a second device in a biased manner in order to produce an electric connection between the two devices. The spring element has at least one helical spring with at least two winding sections running in opposite directions. The first electric/electronic device in one embodiment is a controller, and the second device in one embodiment is a brake system or actuator.
