COMPONENT SUPPLY DEVICE
A component supply device includes a first peeling gear and a second peeling gear that are provided upstream of a component supply position, catch a cover tape to peel the cover tape from a base tape, and rotate, the second peeling gear coming into contact with the first peeling gear to rotate together with the first peeling gear; a third peeling gear that comes into contact with the first peeling gear to rotate together with the first peeling gear, and together with the first peeling gear, feeds the cover tape fed out by the first peeling gear and the second peeling gear; and a guide part that guides the cover tape peeled off from the base tape by the first peeling gear and the second peeling gear to move toward between the first peeling gear and the third peeling gear.
COMPONENT SUPPLY DEVICE
A component supply device includes an introduction sprocket that rotates with an outer peripheral pin engaged with a feed hole of a carrier tape on a conveyance path, thereby conveying the carrier tape, and a wheel that has a plurality of recesses on an outer periphery, and receives the outer peripheral pin of the rotating introduction sprocket by the recess to rotate in accordance with rotation of the introduction sprocket. A contact surface of the outer peripheral pin contacting an inner surface of the recess and a contacted surface with which the outer peripheral pin contacts out of the inner surface of the recess are both formed of flat surfaces, and the contact surface and the contacted surface come into line contact with each other.
FEEDER MAINTENANCE APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD OF FEEDER MAINTENANCE APPARATUS
A feeder maintenance apparatus that acquires feeder information from a feeder which is mounted on a feeder mounting section, and controls a cleaning section to clean a sprocket section of the feeder, a feeding roller, a first gear mechanism, and a second gear mechanism, based on the feeder information. The feeder maintenance apparatus controls lubricant supply sections to supply a lubricant to a driving section of the feeder based on the acquired feeder information.
Component mounting machine
When a mounting head is moved upward of a rear side conveyor across and over a front side conveyor after a component suction operation, it is determined whether or not there is a possibility that a component sucked by a suction nozzle may interfere with a component mounted on a circuit board on the front side conveyor. When so determined, a head lifting mechanism is caused to lift up the mounting head to a position where the component sucked by the suction nozzle does not interfere with the mounted component. Thereafter, the mounting head is moved upward of the rear side conveyor, and the head lifting mechanism is caused to lower down the mounting head to an initial height position. Thereafter, the component is mounted on a circuit board on the rear side conveyor.
Component mounting system
A component mounting system includes multiple component mounting lines where multiple component mounters and a feeder storage are aligned along a board conveyance direction, a feeder exchange device configured to move along the board conveyance direction to exchange the feeder between the component mounter and the feeder storage of the component mounting line in charge, and a memory device. The feeder exchange device is configured to store an in-process feeder in the feeder storage of the component mounting line in charge, when it is determined, based on production information and feeder information, that there is the in-process feeder that was used in the component mounting line in charge and is scheduled to be used in another component mounting line.

ELECTRONIC COMPONENT SUPPLY SYSTEM
Provided is an electronic component supply system determining the types of electronic components installed on component pallets at a time when the electronic components are installed on the component pallets for installation, which determines the types of the electronic components installed on the component pallets based on planned multiple jobs continuously performed by multiple electronic component mounting machines to which the component pallets are attached and an execution order for the jobs such that the number of the component pallets exchanged during job switching is minimized.

ELECTRONIC COMPONENT SUPPLY APPARATUS, REEL APPARATUS, TAPE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR RESUPPLYING COMPONENT STORED TAPE
An electronic component supply apparatus (1) includes a reel apparatus (2) and a tape processing apparatus (3). The reel apparatus (2) has a tape reel (8) with a component stored tape (100) wound thereon, the component stored tape (100) having electronic components (105) stored therein. The tape processing apparatus (3) has an electronic component exposure unit (18) that exposes the electronic components (105), that are stored in the component stored tape fed from the reel apparatus (2), so as to be taken out from the component stored tape. The reel apparatus (2) is detachable from the tape processing apparatus (3).
COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM
A component mounting system includes a component mounter that mounts a component in a board, a tape feeder (component feeder) that is placed in the component mounter and supplies the component, and a mobile component supply device that holds a tape cassette (container) storing a component, automatically moves, and supplies the component in the tape cassette (container) to the tape feeder (component feeder).
