Micro-component transfer systems, methods, and devices
A system includes a computing device with circuitry and memory with instructions for execution by the circuitry. The instructions include monitoring signals indicative of a non-uniform distance between a transfer head and a receiving substrate, and, in response to the monitored signals, actuating one or more actuators towards the transfer head or the receiving substrate to deform the transfer head or the receiving substrate.
Board working system
A system including multiple inspection machines and an NG board discharge machine which moves an NG board to a checking position visible to a worker. The system acquires positional information of a circuit board during conveyance, and stores the NG board by associating a work result for the NG board with the positional information. In this manner, the positional information of the NG board is acquired. Based on the positional information, it is determined whether or not the circuit board conveyed to the NG board discharge machine is the NG board. When the circuit board conveyed to the NG board discharge machine is the NG board, a checking-purpose working machine discharges the NG board to the checking position.
Board working system
A system including multiple inspection machines and an NG board discharge machine which moves an NG board to a checking position visible to a worker. The system acquires positional information of a circuit board during conveyance, and stores the NG board by associating a work result for the NG board with the positional information. In this manner, the positional information of the NG board is acquired. Based on the positional information, it is determined whether or not the circuit board conveyed to the NG board discharge machine is the NG board. When the circuit board conveyed to the NG board discharge machine is the NG board, a checking-purpose working machine discharges the NG board to the checking position.
Electronic component supply apparatus
An electronic component supply apparatus transports a component supply tape which has accommodation sections and sprocket holes formed at regular intervals and which accommodates electronic components in the accommodation sections and is covered with a cover tape, to a component picking-up position and supplies each of the electronic components accommodated in each of the accommodation sections to a component mounting apparatus. The electronic component supply apparatus includes an electronic component detecting unit that detects the electronic component accommodated in the accommodation section of the component supply tape which has yet to pass the cover tape processing unit on a transport path; a determination unit that determines presence or absence of an electronic component in the accommodation section based on information from the electronic component detecting unit; and a control unit that controls a component supply tape transport unit based on a determination result of the determination unit.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING COMPONENT ILLUMINATION SETTINGS
A method, a system and an archive server for determining an illumination setting for capturing an image of a component, belonging to a specific package type, in a pick- and-place machine are provided. The method comprises capturing a first image of a first component of the specific package type while the first component is illuminated by a first illumination component, and capturing a second image of the first component while the first component is illuminated by a second illumination component, the second illumination component being different from the first illumination component. An illumination setting may then be determined by creating a plurality of generated images based on the first and second image of the first component, and selecting the generated image that fulfils a predetermined quality measure.
Pick-and-place machine with a collet contrast disk
A pick-and-place machine module is provided. The pick-and-place machine module includes a nozzle and a collet disk. The nozzle includes a body, a head and a tubular element extending between the body and the head such that the head is communicative with the body via the tubular element to enable a pick-up of a component by the head. The collet disk is affixed to a surface of the body facing the head about the tubular element and is configured to reflect light incident thereon toward an area of the base surrounding the component.
Work machine and mounting method
A work machine including: a tape feeder with taped lead components having multiple leads to supply the lead components in a state of being detached from the taped components extended to a supply position; a mounting head to mount the lead components supplied by the tape feeder onto a board; an imaging device; and a control device having an imaging section to image an identification object, the identification object being on the taped components and capable of identifying the polarity of each of the multiple leads, and a determination section to determine whether an actual polarity disposition, which is the polarity disposition of each of the multiple leads, and a set polarity disposition, which is the polarity disposition of each of the multiple leads set in advance, match each other based on image data obtained by imaging with the imaging section.
Component determination system and component determination method
A component determination system for determining, in a case when a first component to be mounted on a board by a first mounting operation and a second component mounted on the board by a second mounting operation have a particular corresponding relationship, whether a combination of the first component and the second component mounted is permissible, the component determination system including: a first characteristic information acquiring section configured to acquire first characteristic information of the first component for which the first mounting operation has been completed; a second characteristic information acquiring section configured to acquire second characteristic information of the second component prepared prior to the second mounting operation; and a combination determining section configured to determine whether to allow the combination of the first component and the second component based on the acquired first characteristic information and the acquired second characteristic information.

PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A main printed circuit board of electronic equipment includes through-holes and into which a plurality of types of components are attached. Lands are respectively provided around the through-holes and to electrically connect the components to a main printed circuit board. Shapes of the lands correspond to shapes of components attached to the through-holes. For example, in automatic mounting of components, the shapes of the lands are determined by image recognition, and components with shapes corresponding to the shapes of the lands are attached.
