A display device with self-luminous display elements, which are arranged in a panel. The panel is provided, on its rear side opposite the light-emitting surface used for display, with a heat distribution element, on the side of which facing away from the rear side at least one temperature sensor is arranged. The heat distribution element has at least one opening, behind which a light sensor is arranged, wherein the light sensor and the temperature sensor are arranged on a common carrier.
SUBSTRATE WORKING MACHINE
Provided is a substrate working machine including a holding device configured to hold a substrate in which multiple through-holes are formed, an inserting device configured to insert multiple terminals of a component into the multiple through-holes of the substrate held by the holding device, and an imaging device configured to simultaneously image a shape of a pair of pins and a pair of through-holes of the multiple through-holes, in which positions of the pair of through-holes and the shape of the pair of pins are calculated based on image data captured by the imaging device.
MANAGEMENT DEVICE, MOBILE WORK DEVICE, MOUNTING SYSTEM, AND MANAGEMENT METHOD
A management device causes a mobile work device to execute a pre-replacement process of detaching a pre-served feeder from a mounting attachment portion before a component shortage of a feeder and attaching a replacement feeder corresponding to a feeder predicted to be subjected to the component shortage to the mounting attachment portion from which the pre-served feeder is detached when the feeder attached to the mounting attachment portion is predicted to be subjected to the component shortage and the mounting attachment portion is in a predetermined serving state such that there is no vacancy in the mounting attachment portion and the pre-served feeder to be used in the next and subsequent productions is attached to a part of the mounting attachment portion.
STORAGE
A storage includes a first opening section, a second opening section, and a moving section. An article used in a board working machine configured to perform predetermined board work on a board is received or delivered through the first opening section. The second opening section is an opening section different from the first opening section, and when reception work or delivery work of the article is performed through the first opening section, an article different from the article can be received or delivered through the second opening section. The moving section moves the article to a predetermined storage section when the article is received through the first opening section or the second opening section and moves the article stored in the storage section to the first opening section or the second opening section when the article is delivered.
IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE
The image processing device displays, on a display, a virtual screen obtained by viewing, from above, an aggregate board in which multiple unit boards having a common component configuration are arranged. A control section of the image processing device uses one unit board at a predetermined position among the multiple unit boards as a reference unit board, generates a detailed image in which respective components are arranged on the unit board based on positional information of all components to be mounted on the unit boards, for the reference unit board, generates a simplified image obtained by simplifying the unit board, for a non-reference unit board other than the reference unit board among the multiple unit boards, and displays a simple virtual screen displaying the detailed image at a position of the reference unit board and the simplified image at a position of the non-reference unit board as the virtual screen.
PALLET REPLACING DEVICE
There is provided a pallet replacing device configured to be applied to a component supply device in which pallets, each holding components, are individually stored in multiple storage slots which are formed at predetermined heightward intervals inside a magazine, and the pallets are selectively drawn out to supply the components, the pallet replacing device, including a main body case, multiple replacing slots formed at the predetermined heightward intervals inside the main body case and configured to store the pallets therein, a positioning section configured to position the main body case in a predetermined position where the multiple pallets can individually move between the storage slots and the replacing slots, and a moving tool configured to be used for a batch moving operation for moving the multiple pallets altogether at one time between the storage slots and the replacing slots.
DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The data management system includes a first storage section storing registration data in which component specifying information for specifying a component is associated with shape data, a second storage section storing possession device data, a search section for searching the registration data from the first storage section by using partial information included in at least one of the shape data and the component specifying information as a search condition, and a determination section for performing a suitability determination process of determining whether the shape data included in the registration data in a search result by the search section is suitable for the mounting process using the configuration device, based on the possession device data.
Component management system, component mounting device, and component management method for predicting component exhaustion
It is an object of the present invention to provide a component management system or the like that can accurately predict component exhaustion in a component mounting device that performs work at a line. Specifying section updates the time table based on the arrival time point or the unloading time point in each of component mounting devices. Arrival predicting section predicts the arrival time point in each component mounting device based on the time table and updates a prediction table. Since component-exhaustion predicting section acquires the arrival time point of a circuit board for which a component will be exhausted from the prediction table and calculates a component exhaustion time point, it is possible to predict the component exhaustion time point with high accuracy. An operator can perform a replenishment work based on the component exhaustion time point.
Feeder management device and component-mounting system provided with same
A tape feeder management device includes a feeder classifying unit and a feeder arrangement setting unit. The feeder classifying unit classifies a plurality of tape feeders into a plurality of types of tape feeders. The feeder arrangement setting unit sets arrangement of the plurality of tape feeders in a component feeding unit, according to classification of the tape feeders made by the feeder classifying unit. The feeder arrangement setting unit includes a first setting unit. The first setting unit extracts a special type feeder classified as a tape feeder of a special type by the feeder classifying unit, and sets arrangement of the plurality of tape feeders such that a given reference number or more of the special type feeders are arranged consecutively in a row in an area of the component feeding unit, the area being defined by at least excluding both ends of the component feeding unit.
Apparatus for inspecting components mounted on printed circuit board, operating method thereof, and computer-readable recording medium
An apparatus for inspecting components may include a processor for: determining exterior information of a first component mounted on a first printed circuit board; inspecting a mounting state of the first component by using inspection information of a second component having a first similarity value, when the first similarity value is higher than or equal to a preset reference similarity value, and updating the inspection information of the plurality of components by using the inspection information of the first component matched with the inspection information of the second component, when it is determined that the mounting state of the first component is good.
