A display device and a method for manufacturing a display device is provided. The display device includes a display panel. The display panel includes a bending portion, a first non-bending portion and a second non-bending portion, positioned at two opposite sides of the bending portion. The second non-bending potion is positioned by bending the bending portion in an asymmetric and non-180 degree way toward a back side of the first non-bending portion. The present disclosure solves the issues of the conventional art, which cannot narrow down the width of the side frame.

A display panel, a display device, and a method for manufacturing a display panel are provided. The display panel includes a base substrate, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device layer, and a thin film encapsulation layer, all of which sequentially stacked and disposed. The thin film encapsulation layer includes a first inorganic encapsulation layer, an organic encapsulation layer, and a second inorganic encapsulation layer, all of which are sequentially stacked and disposed. A contact surface between the first inorganic encapsulation layer and the organic encapsulation layer and/or between the second inorganic encapsulation layer and the organic encapsulation layer is provided with a nanotube layer extending into the organic encapsulation layer.

The present invention discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a bending area and a non-bending area, and further includes a display module; a cover module provided on the display module and including an electrorheological layer corresponding to the bending area. The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the display panel and the display device of the present invention are provided with a layer of an electrorheological layer in the bending area of the display panel, which plays a protective and supporting role.

The protective film is configured to be attached to a surface on a display side of the flexible display substrate before a mother set is cut. The protective film includes a base material layer, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, wherein the first adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer; the viscosity of the first adhesive layer is 0.5 gf/inch to 1.5 gf/inch; the second adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer, is independently arranged relative to the first adhesive layer; and the viscosity of the second adhesive layer is 3 gf/inch to 4 gf/inch.
Organic luminescent substrate, preparation method thereof, display apparatus, and display driving method
The present disclosure relates to an organic luminescent substrate. The organic luminescent substrate may include a first organic luminescent field effect transistor and a second organic luminescent field effect transistor. The first organic luminescent field effect transistor may include a first gate electrode, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a first active luminescent layer. The second organic luminescent field effect transistor may include a second gate electrode, a third electrode, a fourth electrode, and a second active luminescent layer. One of the first organic luminescent field effect transistor and the second organic luminescent field effect transistor may be an N-type transistor and the other one may be a P-type transistor. The first gate electrode may be coupled to the second gate electrode.

Method for preparing patterned coverlay on substrate
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a patterned polyimide coverlay on a substrate. The method includes: providing a polyimide dry film including a carrier and a non-photosensitive polyimide layer on the carrier, the non-photosensitive polyimide layer containing (i) a polyimide precursor or soluble polyimide and (ii) a solvent; forming a predetermined pattern in the polyimide dry film; laminating the patterned polyimide dry film onto a substrate in such a manner that the non-photosensitive polyimide layer faces the substrate; and forming a patterned polyimide coverlay by heating.

The hole-forming portions of the sub-masks have a same shape and planar area as each other, and within each sub-mask, the shape of the hole-forming portion is nested within a shape of the aperture.
