The present invention provides a touch display device, touch display device includes an organic light emitting diodes display panel and a touch layer. The organic light emitting diodes display panel includes common cathode and an encapsulation layer. The encapsulation layer is located between the common cathode and the touch layer. The touch layer includes touch units arranged in an array, each of the touch units is constituted by metal meshes. In each of the touch units, a percentage of a metal area of the metal meshes to an area of each of the touch units is greater than 0% and is less than or equal to 25%.

Each sub-pixel includes a color filter structure layer, the color filter structure layer includes a black matrix defining a pixel opening, and a color filter unit covering the pixel opening. The display substrate includes a first display region and a second display region on the periphery of the first display region. A black matrix in the first display region has small holes, which are filled with light filtering units, and the material of the light filtering units is same as the material of the color filter units of the first color sub-pixels. The area of the first color sub-pixels in the first display region is less than the area of the first color sub-pixels in the second display region.
