According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a plurality of optical sensors arranged in a matrix having a row-column configuration; and an optical filter provided facing a surface for detecting light with the optical sensors. The optical filter includes a base configured not to transmit light and a plurality of apertures provided in the base and configured to transmit light. An arrangement of the apertures in the base comprises an arrangement in which the apertures are arranged spirally outward clockwise from a predetermined area and arrangement in which the apertures are arranged spirally outward counterclockwise from the predetermined area. The predetermined area contains a predetermined point.

DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device may include a pixel and a sensor. The pixel may include an emission element and a pixel driving circuit. The pixel driving circuit may receive a first scan signal and a second scan signal. The sensor may include a light sensing element and a sensor driving circuit. The sensor driving circuit may include a reset transistor, an amplifying transistor, and an output transistor. The reset transistor may receive a reset voltage and the first scan signal and be connected to a first sensing node. The amplifying transistor may receive a first driving voltage and be connected between the first sensing node and a second sensing node. The output transistor may receive the second scan signals and be connected between the second sensing node and a readout line.

The array substrate includes: a base layer including at least one base sub-layer each being a light-transmitting layer; a transistor layer on the base layer, the transistor layer including a plurality of transistors; and at least one light adjustment layer on a side of the transistor layer facing the base layer, the at least one light adjustment layer being configured to block, at least in a preset state, light from at least one side of the at least one light adjustment layer. In the array substrate, the amount of light irradiated on the transistor layer from the side of the base layer is reduced and the photo-induced leakage current in the transistors in the transistor layer is reduced, thus alleviating locally non-uniform brightness of a displayed image.

The array substrate includes: a base layer including at least one base sub-layer each being a light-transmitting layer; a transistor layer on the base layer, the transistor layer including a plurality of transistors; and at least one light adjustment layer on a side of the transistor layer facing the base layer, the at least one light adjustment layer being configured to block, at least in a preset state, light from at least one side of the at least one light adjustment layer. In the array substrate, the amount of light irradiated on the transistor layer from the side of the base layer is reduced and the photo-induced leakage current in the transistors in the transistor layer is reduced, thus alleviating locally non-uniform brightness of a displayed image.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate, a display device and a spatial positioning method of a display device. The display device includes a base substrate, a pixel layer arranged at a side of the base substrate, a light source structure having a same light exit direction as the pixel layer, a processing element. The light source structure emits collimation invisible light, the pixel layer includes a plurality of sub-pixels and at least one sensing pixel arranged between the sub-pixels, the at least one sensing pixel receives reflected light of the collimation invisible light emitted by the light source structure and reflected by an object to be positioned, the processing element is coupled with the sensing pixel and the light source structure, a distance from the object to the display device is calculated according to relevant data information of the collimation invisible light and the reflected light.
