Devices combining thin film inorganic LEDs with organic LEDs and fabrication thereof
Devices including organic and inorganic LEDs are provided. Techniques for fabricating the devices include fabricating an inorganic LED on a parent substrate and transferring the LED to a host substrate via a non-destructive ELO process. Scaling techniques are also provided, in which an elastomeric substrate is deformed to achieve a desired display size.
OLEDs for micro transfer printing
An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) structure includes an organic light-emitting diode having a first electrode, one or more layers of organic material disposed on at least a portion of the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on at least a portion of the one or more layers of organic material. At least a portion of a tether extending from a periphery of the organic light-emitting diode. The organic light-emitting diodes can be printable organic light-emitting diode structures that are micro transfer printed over a display substrate to form a display.

DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAME
A display device comprised of OLEDs and micro LEDs which allows for blue light degradation of the OLEDs includes a first substrate and a second substrate in a double-decked configuration. First light emitting elements are located and spaced on the first substrate and second light emitting elements are located and spaced on the second substrate, the light emitting elements on the lower deck being staggered so as not to be hidden by the light emitting elements on the upper deck. The upper deck has openings (or is transparent) therein to allow egress of light from the light emitting elements of the lower deck. The display device provides a solution for uneven display cause by degradation of pixels.
ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY PANEL AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel includes a layered structure. The layered structure includes an emitter and a receiver. The emitter emits an infrared light, and the infrared light traverses a portion of the layered structure that is above the emitter, and the receiver receives the infrared light that traverses a portion of the layered structure that is above the receiver.
