The present invention provides a self-luminous display device, including a self-luminous display panel and a temperature detection film layer. The self-luminous display panel is provided with a driving unit and multiple pixel units. The pixel units are all electrically connected to the driving unit. The temperature detection film layer is attached to one side of the self-luminous display panel for real-time detection of temperature values of the self-luminous display panel.

A color filter including sub-pixels having transmission wavelength ranges different from each other in a region forming a unit pixel for color display, and lenses facing respective ones of the sub-pixels and configured to condense light passing through the sub-pixels. The method of fabricating a display panel includes: forming a flexible substrate layer and a patterned barrier layer on a substrate, the patterned barrier layer includes a first annular opening surrounding the hole region; etching the flexible substrate layer under shielding of the patterned barrier layer to form a patterned flexible substrate layer, the patterned flexible substrate layer includes a first sacrificial portion formed in the hole region and a body portion formed in the display region, and a second annular opening is formed between the body portion and the first sacrificial portion; forming a device layer on a side of the patterned barrier layer away from the patterned flexible substrate layer to form a semi-finished product of the display panel; and stripping the substrate to remove the substrate.
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR DISPLAY PANEL, DISPLAY PANEL, AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A manufacturing method for a display panel, the display panel, and a display device are provided. The manufacturing method includes: providing a driving backplane; forming an inorganic encapsulation layer on the driving backplane using a vapor deposition method, so that the inorganic encapsulation layer includes a main encapsulation layer covering the display area and a part of the peripheral area and an infiltration layer extending from the main encapsulation layer towards a direction away from the display area; forming an inorganic layer on a side of the inorganic encapsulation layer away from the driving backplane, so that the inorganic layer includes a first inorganic layer covering the main encapsulation layer and a second inorganic layer extending from the first inorganic layer towards the direction away from the display area; and simultaneously etching the second inorganic layer and the infiltration layer using a same mask to remove them.

A display device of the present disclosure includes: a first substrate; a second substrate; a plurality of light emitting units located between the first substrate and the second substrate and arranged two-dimensionally on a base formed on the first substrate; and a plurality of on-chip microlenses provided above the plurality of light emitting units so as to each correspond to each of the light emitting units. The on-chip microlens has a truncated pyramid shape, with a rounded corner of a top of the truncated pyramid in plan view.

A plurality of third spacer groups including a plurality of adjacent third spacers of the plurality of third spacers is provided. Each of the plurality of third spacer groups is provided in parallel to each other and in a direction intersecting an edge of the display region.
