Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for fabricating a display panel, the display panel and a display device. The method for fabricating a display panel includes: forming a plurality of pixel units in a display area of a base substrate; forming at least one circle of blocking dam in a hollow area of the base substrate; forming a film packaging layer covering the display area and the hollow area, the hollow area being surrounded by the display area; forming an auxiliary heat radiation structure in the hollow area of the base substrate, the auxiliary heat radiation structure being located at a side, facing away from the base substrate, of the film packaging layer; cutting along a cutting line in the hollow area in a laser cutting process to remove the base substrate in the hollow area; and radiating heat by virtue of the auxiliary heat radiation structure.
DISPLAY APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a display apparatus that is capable of reducing manufacturing costs and a defect rate during manufacturing, and a display apparatus. The method includes forming a plurality of display units over a mother substrate; attaching a temporary protective film to a lower surface of the mother substrate; cutting the mother substrate and the temporary protective film along a periphery of each of the plurality of display units to obtain a plurality of display panels, each including a first area, a second area, and a bent area between the first area and the second area; removing the temporary protective film from the plurality of display panels; and attaching a lower protective film to a lower surface of each of the plurality of display panels so as to correspond to the first area in each display panel.
Display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same
A display apparatus includes a substrate on which a central area and a peripheral area adjacent to the central area are arranged. The central area includes a display area. The display apparatus further includes: at least one insulation pattern that is formed in the peripheral area; a groove from which a material for forming the insulation pattern is removed and that is formed adjacent to the insulation pattern; and at least one insulating layer that is interposed between the insulation pattern and the substrate. The groove is located in the at least one insulating layer.

A method for fabricating an organic light emitting diode display panel includes providing a mother substrate comprising a sub-substrate defined by cutting lines and removal areas around the sub-substrate, wherein the sub-substrate comprises a active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area; forming a pixel defining layer comprising an opening on the active area; forming an organic light emitting diode in the opening; forming a dam surrounding the active area; forming a crack prevention structure surrounding the dam; forming a thin film encapsulation layer covering the pixel defining layer, the organic light emitting diode, and the dam; forming an organic protective film covering a region from a side of the dam away from the active area to the removal areas.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING FLEXIBLE OLED SCREENS
Processes for producing an OLED screen with a reduced size, in particular for an aircraft. The processes utilize laser cutting to reduce the size of OLED screens from a production line. After the cutting, a plasma coating process seals the cut edges. The portion of the production OLED screen that is cut may be a portion of the display screen. The screens with the reduced sized may be installed in an aircraft, and, two or more of the OLED screens with reduced sized may be positioned adjacent to each other so as to form an array.

The protective film includes a base material layer, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, wherein the first adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer; the viscosity of the first adhesive layer is 0.5 gf/inch to 1.5 gf/inch; the second adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer, is independently arranged relative to the first adhesive layer; and the viscosity of the second adhesive layer is 3 gf/inch to 4 gf/inch.
