The array substrate includes a base substrate and pixel units above the base substrate, each pixel unit includes a light emitting device, the light emitting device includes a first electrode and a second electrode, at least one pixel unit is provided with a repair structure, the repair structure includes a first part and a second part mutually insulated, the first part and the second part are electrically coupled after being repaired, the first part is electrically coupled to the first electrode of the light emitting device in the pixel unit where the repair structure is located, the second part is electrically coupled to the first electrode of the light emitting device in any pixel unit other than the pixel unit where the repair structure is located.

A display device comprises a first electrode of a (1-1)-th subpixel, a first electrode of a (1-2)-th subpixel, a first electrode of a (2-1)-th subpixel, and a first electrode of a (2-2)-th subpixel; a (1-1)-th welding electrode connected to the first electrode of the (1-1)-th subpixel, a (1-2)-th welding electrode connected to the first electrode of the (1-2)-th subpixel, a (2-1)-th welding electrode connected to the first electrode of the (2-1)-th subpixel, and a (2-2)-th welding electrode connected to the first electrode of the (2-2)-th subpixel; and a first repair line overlapping the (1-1)-th welding electrode and the (2-1)-th welding electrode and a second repair line overlapping the (1-2)-th welding electrode and the (2-2)-th welding electrode, wherein the first repair line and the second repair line are disposed on different layers with at least one insulating layer interposed therebetween.

A display device having a bankless structure may comprises: a substrate on which pixels including an emission area and a non-emission area are disposed; a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate, and including a lower electrode of a storage capacitor; an active layer formed on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer formed on the active layer, and including electrodes of at least one transistor, and an upper electrode of the storage capacitor which is formed in a single pattern with at least one of the electrodes of the at least one transistor; an overcoat layer covering the second conductive layer; and a light-emitting element may be disposed on the overcoat layer, and connected to the upper electrode of the storage capacitor through a via hole, wherein the via hole does not overlap the at least one transistor, when viewed from above.

A method of repairing a display device, in which the display device includes a defective pixel area including a defective wavelength conversion patter, the method including removing the defective wavelength conversion pattern of the defective pixel area, injecting ink including a wavelength conversion material into the defective pixel area, and curing the ink injected into the defective pixel area.

A display device having a first substrate including lower electrodes, an upper electrode and a light-emitting layer disposed between the lower electrodes and the upper electrode. A second substrate is combined with the first substrate and defines light-emitting areas. The second substrate includes a color filter layer overlapping the light-emitting areas. A light-blocking member overlaps a light-blocking area surrounding the light-emitting areas. The light-blocking member includes openings overlapping the lower electrodes.

A display device includes: a substrate on which a first pixel displaying a first color and a second pixel displaying a second color are placed; a circuit element layer formed on the substrate and in which circuit elements are placed; a passivation layer placed on the circuit element layer; an overcoat layer on the passivation layer; a light absorption layer formed between the passivation layer and the overcoat layer in a non-emission area, and containing a colorant; an anode electrode of a light-emitting element formed in an emission area of the first pixel and an emission area of the second pixel; an emission layer of the light-emitting element covering the anode electrode; and a cathode electrode of the light-emitting element formed on the emission layer, wherein the overcoat layer is formed in an area except the emission area of the first pixel, and the first color is a white color.

A light emitting display panel includes a substrate, a pixel driving circuit disposed on the substrate, a planarization layer disposed on the pixel driving circuit, a pixel driving electrode disposed on the planarization layer and electrically connected to the pixel driving circuit, a light emitting layer disposed on the pixel driving electrode, and a common electrode disposed on the light emitting layer. The present disclosure relates to a display panel and a repair method thereof. The display panel includes a plurality of pixel circuits in which an emission region, through which light from a light-emitting element is emitted, is defined, a power line configured to apply a pixel driving voltage to the pixel circuits, a reference voltage line to which a reference voltage lower than the pixel driving voltage is applied, and a branch line connected to the reference voltage line to apply the reference voltage to one or more of the pixel circuits. At least a portion of the branch line includes a partially metalized semiconductor layer.

An organic light emitting display panel includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a row direction; a first repair line disposed in the row direction; a plurality of auxiliary bridges, each arranged between the first repair line and each of the plurality of pixels; a plurality of first bridge patterns respectively connected to the plurality of pixels and each first bridge pattern partially overlapping each adjacent auxiliary bridge; and a plurality of second bridge patterns branched from the first repair line and each second bridge pattern partially overlapping each adjacent auxiliary bridge.
