An encapsulation structure of an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. By changing an edge design of a panel encapsulation structure and adding an encapsulation reduction layer to the encapsulation structure, the encapsulation reduction layer can be restored by subsequent processing after the encapsulation reduction layer is eroded by water and oxygen. This prevents an OLED display device from being oxidized, thereby extending a life of a device.

The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a repairing method, and a display device, the display substrate includes a plurality of driving circuits, each of which is configured to drive a display element in each of at least one sub-pixel to display, an output terminal of each driving circuit is coupled to the display element in the sub-pixel driven by the driving circuit through a branch having a switching element, the display substrate further includes: at least one repair line, which is configured to be associated with at least two driving circuits and initially decoupled from an output terminal of at least one of the at least two driving circuits, and the repair line is couplable to the output terminals of the at least two driving circuits with which the repair line is associated in response to a failure of one of the at least two driving circuits.

The invention provides an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a display device. Metal wiring is designed into a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The first metal layer is distributed on an edge of a display area and a bending area, the second metal layer is positioned in the bending area, and the second metal layer is disposed opposite to the first metal layer. A part of the first metal layer positioned in the bending area is electrically connected in parallel or in series with the second metal layer to form a double-layer wiring or a double-layer wiring exchange structure. After any one of the metal layers breaks, the other metal layer can still be used to maintain signal transmission.
Display device and method of manufacturing the same
A method for manufacturing a display device includes checking a particle positioned between a display panel and a connecting member, irradiating a laser to an upper surface of the connecting member overlapping at least a part of the particle, removing the connecting member overlapping a region to which the laser is irradiated, removing the particle overlapping a region to which the laser is irradiated, and disposing a desiccant in a hole formed by removing the connecting member and the particle.

A display device has a plurality of pixels each including a drive transistor and an electro-optical element. A defective pixel repairing method of the display device includes electrically connecting an anode electrode of the electro-optical element in a defective pixel with the anode electrode of the electro-optical element in an adjacent normal pixel of same color, by irradiating a laser to an overlapping portion of two wirings formed in different wiring layers and having the overlapping portion via an insulating film in a plan view, to short-circuit the two wirings, and electrically disconnecting, in the defective pixel, the drive transistor from the electro-optical element. With this, the defective pixel can be repaired easily.
