The display function layer includes pixel circuits arranged in first and second directions, and data lines in the second direction. Each pixel circuit includes a driving capacitor and a driving transistor, a first electrode of the driving capacitor is in a same layer as the data lines; at least one data line includes at least one first sub-data line segment and at least one second sub-data line segment, a width of the first sub-data line segment is less than that of the second sub-data line segment, an orthographic projection of the first sub-data line on a virtual straight line in the second direction at least partially overlaps with that of the first electrode closest thereto on the virtual straight line.

An array substrate, and a repairing method of disconnected points of data lines and a display device thereof are provided by this disclosure. The array substrate comprises a base substrate, and a first metal layer and a source-drain electrode layer sequentially stacked on the base substrate. A plurality of data lines are disposed at intervals in the source-drain electrode layer. A plurality of repairing lines are disposed at intervals in the first metal layer. Repairing sub-lines are disposed at intervals on each of the repairing lines. When a disconnection point appears in the data lines, the repairing sub-lines located on opposite sides of the disconnection point are connected with opposite ends of the disconnection point to easily complete repairing of the disconnection points of the data lines.

The pixel define layer includes a pixel define body and an electrode repairing material layer. The electrode repairing material layer is disposed on a side of the pixel define body, and repairs the second electrode.
