According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display device includes: a substrate including a through-hole, a peripheral area surrounding the through-hole, a wiring area surrounding the peripheral area, and a display area surrounding the wiring area; a gate insulating layer disposed on the substrate; a gate wire disposed in the wiring area and on the gate insulating layer; an interlayer insulating layer disposed on the gate wire; a data wire disposed in the wiring area and on the interlayer insulating layer; a middle insulating layer disposed on the data wire; and a first main insulating dam disposed in the wiring area and on the middle insulating layer, wherein the first main insulating dam includes an organic material, and wherein a width of a lower surface of the first main insulating dam is narrower than a width of an upper surface of the first main insulating dam.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display device includes: a substrate including a through-hole, a peripheral area surrounding the through-hole, a wiring area surrounding the peripheral area, and a display area surrounding the wiring area; a gate insulating layer disposed on the substrate; a gate wire disposed in the wiring area and on the gate insulating layer; an interlayer insulating layer disposed on the gate wire; a data wire disposed in the wiring area and on the interlayer insulating layer; a middle insulating layer disposed on the data wire; and a first main insulating dam disposed in the wiring area and on the middle insulating layer, wherein the first main insulating dam includes an organic material, and wherein a width of a lower surface of the first main insulating dam is narrower than a width of an upper surface of the first main insulating dam.
Display panel and display device
A display panel includes a corner area, and the corner area includes a corner display area, a corner edge area, and a corner wiring area between the corner display area and the corner edge area. The corner area includes: a flexible base layer, having a base groove in the corner wiring area and a plurality of first openings in the corner display area; a display function layer formed on the flexible base layer and located in the corner display area, the display function layer having second openings corresponding to the first openings; a peripheral circuit layer, formed on the flexible base layer and located in the corner wiring area, the peripheral circuit layer including one or more peripheral wirings, the orthographic projection of at least part of the peripheral wirings on the flexible base layer is within the base groove.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A plurality of inner protrusions are provided in a non-display area so as to surround a through hole. Each of the plurality of inner protrusions includes: an underlying resin layer; and an underlying inorganic insulation layer provided on the underlying resin layer. Each underlying resin layer is separated by a plurality of inner slits formed on a surface of a resin substrate layer so as to surround the through hole. The underlying inorganic insulation layer is provided so as to project like an eave from the underlying resin layer to either one or both of a through hole side and a display area side.
Display including opening for mounting sensor
A display is provided. The display includes a display substrate layer, an organic light emitting layer that is formed over the display substrate layer and that includes a plurality of pixels, a thin film transistor array layer that is disposed between the display substrate layer and the organic light emitting layer and that includes a plurality of thin film transistors electrically connected with the pixels, a thin film encapsulation layer formed on at least part of the organic light emitting layer, a sensor mounting part including an opening formed through the organic light emitting layer, the thin film transistor array layer, and the display substrate layer and a sensor disposed in the opening, and a sealing member formed in the opening to prevent the organic light emitting layer and the thin film transistor array layer from being exposed to the outside through an inner sidewall of the opening. The opening includes a first portion formed in the display substrate layer and a second portion formed in the remainder, and the sealing member is formed in the second portion and at least part of the first portion.
Electroluminescent device including color rendering materials
An electroluminescent device, includes: a base substrate; a light emitting unit provided on the base substrate; a first accommodating structure surrounding the light emitting unit and provided on the base substrate; a first color rendering material filled in the first accommodating structure; a first inorganic thin film encapsulation layer covering the light emitting unit and the first color rendering material; a second accommodating structure provided on one side of the first inorganic thin film encapsulation layer distal to the first color rendering material; a second color rendering material filled in the second accommodating structure; and a second inorganic thin film encapsulation layer sealing the second color rendering material in the second accommodating structure; wherein the first color rendering material and the second color rendering material are capable of producing a color development reaction after mixture.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF PROVIDING THE SAME
A display device includes a substrate which includes a base part and a protruding pattern which protrudes from the base part, a pixel electrode which is on the protruding pattern, a pixel defining layer which is d on the pixel electrode and exposes the pixel electrode, a light emitting layer which is on the pixel electrode exposed by the pixel defining layer, a common electrode which is on the light emitting layer, a first inorganic encapsulation layer which is on the common electrode, a second inorganic encapsulation layer which is on the first inorganic encapsulation layer, and an overcoat layer which is on the second inorganic encapsulation layer. The pixel defining layer defines a light emitting area, and the first inorganic encapsulation layer and the second inorganic encapsulation layer are in direct contact with each other in the light emitting area.
Display device having a floating conductive layer
A display device includes a first substrate having a display area and a non-display area. The first substrate includes a conductive line in the non-display area. A second substrate faces the first substrate and is spaced apart from the first substrate. A conductive layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive layer is spaced apart from the first substrate in a direction perpendicular to a top surface of the first substrate. The conductive layer at least partially overlaps the conductive line and is electrically floated.
