The plurality of light-emitting elements include a cathode, an electron transport layer, a light-emitting layer, a hole transport layer, and an anode in this order from a substrate side. The electron transport layer includes oxide nanoparticles and a binder resin. On an electron transport layer side of the cathode, there is provided an undercoat layer in contact with the electron transport layer.
METHOD FOR ENHANCING STABILITY OF AGGREGATION STATE OF ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR FILM
A method for enhancing aggregation state stability of organic semiconductor (OSC) films includes constructing the OSC film; introducing uniform and discontinuous nanoparticles on a surface of the film or an inside of the film. Electrical properties of the OSC film are not influenced by introducing the nanoparticles. Grain boundary, dislocation, stacking fault, and surface of the film are pinned by the nanoparticles, increasing potential barrier of the aggregation state evolution of the film, and thus enhancing the stability of the aggregation state and greatly improving maximum working temperature and storage lifetime of organic field-effect transistors. Under room temperature storage, morphology of the OSC film introduced with the nanoparticles is difficult to change, so that the stability of electrical properties of organic transistor components prepared from the film is ensured in a high-temperature and atmospheric working environment.
PHOTOELECTRIC DEVICE
Provided in the present disclosure is a photoelectric device. For the photoelectric device, a modification layer is added on the surface of a first electrode layer on the side away from a base substrate. The presence of the modification layer can prevent the direct contact of the first electrode layer and other film layers, thereby alleviating the problem of corrosion of indium-containing oxide which constitutes the first electrode layer. Furthermore, an indium-ion trapping group contained in the modification layer can fix indium ions released after the corrosion of the indium-containing oxide to the surface of the first electrode layer, thereby preventing the indium ions from moving to the inner part of the photoelectric device, which can then increase the service life of the photoelectric device.
