In the organic compound, at least one hydrogen atom may be substituted with deuterium or a deuterium-substituted group. An organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound are also disclosed. The driving voltage of the OLED can be lowered and the luminous efficiency and the luminous lifespan of the OLED can be maximized or increased by adding the organic compound into an emissive layer of the OLED.

A light emitting device and a light emitting display device that are capable of improving efficiency, driving voltage, and lifespan by varying the configuration of a layer adjacent to a blue light emitting layer in a blue fluorescent stack contacting a cathode are disclosed. The light emitting device includes stacks between an anode and a cathode, wherein an n.sup.th stack contacting the cathode is a first blue stack that includes a first hole transport layer, a first electron-blocking layer, a first blue light emitting layer containing a boron-based dopant having an emission peak of 430 nm to 480 nm, a first electron transport layer contacting the first blue light emitting layer, and an electron injection layer having two sides contacting the first electron transport layer and the cathode, respectively, wherein the first electron transport layer contains a mixture of a first material and a second material.

The light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode and including an emission layer, wherein: the interlayer may further include a hole transport region between the emission layer and the first electrode, the hole transport region may include a first layer and a second layer, the second layer being between the first layer and the emission layer, the first layer may include a first amine-based compound, the second layer may include a second amine-based compound, and the first amine-based compound and the second amine-based compound may be different from each other.
