PROTECTIVE HELMET
A protective helmet, particularly a motorbike protective helmet, comprising an outer shell (1) for the distribution of impact forces, the outer shell (1) comprising a chin shell region (2) for covering a chin part of the person wearing the protective helmet, wherein the outer shell (1) comprises a viewing opening (3) arranged above the chin shell region (2), for the person wearing the protective helmet to see through, and the protective helmet has a slot (4a) with a slot shape for interlockingly receiving an electronic module (5a) corresponding to the slot shape, said slot (4a) comprising a slot opening substantially bordering an edge of the viewing opening (3). The protective helmet comprises another slot (4b) having another slot opening substantially bordering the edge of the viewing opening (3) and having the slot shape for interlockingly receiving another electronic module (5b) corresponding to the slot shape.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A MULTI-USER REMOTE CONTROLLABLE SAFETY CAMERA
A remotely controllable wireless camera system that may be mounted on an emergency worker or on the emergency worker's helmet. The system includes a digital camera and an infrared camera. The system is connected to a network and live-streams video via the network and a server in real-time.
Safety helmet with adjustable comfort liner
A safety helmet is disclosed having a shell and a comfort liner coupled to the inner surface of the shell. The comfort liner is constrained to the front part and to the rear part of the shell, and the helmet has a webbing arranged between the shell and the comfort liner along the upper median portion of the comfort liner. The webbing has a front end constrained to the front part of the comfort liner and a rear end to move the webbing with respect to the shell and cause consequently the change of the overall dimensions of the comfort liner inside the helmet. The webbing is constrained, with respect to the shell, in an operative position corresponding to the overall dimensions of the comfort liner inside the helmet.
IMPROVED SPORTING ARTICLES
Sporting articles are provided that have improved aerodynamics, including a golf club. The golf club includes a head, the head including a plurality of dimples, configured to decrease drag of the head when swung by the user, and a chamber defined in the head, the chamber including one or more weights movable within the chamber to adjust a balance of the golf club head. The movable weights enable adjustments to be made to compensate for changes in characteristics of the golf club associated with the increased aerodynamic efficiency.
Head and neck support and protection device
A head and neck support and protection device includes an arm that is pivotably mounted, at a first end, to a support and has at a second end a slidably-mounted element connected to a helmet clip. The helmet clip engages a helmet pin. A resistance block transfers energy into a vehicle chassis when the arm hits the resistance block. The slidably-mounted element slides out of the arm, in a controlled manner, when conditions indicating a crash have been met.
Gyro sensor or virtual joystick controlled smart helmet
In an embodiment, a gyro sensor or virtual joystick controlled smart helmet may include a motorized and handsfree livestream video stabilization multi-camera system which can be remotely operated over a network. The gyro sensor or virtual joystick controlled smart helmet having a motorized moveable camera, a two way display communication unit via a OLED screen and 360 degree camera combination to enable Augmented Reality, a video and audio transmission system, a reflector for visibility in low light, a rechargeable battery, a carbon fiber plate for protection against battery malfunction, a headphone connection jack, a SIM card slot, a helmet power on/off switch, a power connector, a micro-gimbal camera module, a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi module, 6 way livestream stabilization using a combination of motors which double up to ensure that the smart helmet can be remotely controlled over a network using a custom application interface.
Brim for attaching to headgear
A portable brim can be securely attached to and operate with various helmets such as bicycle, skateboarding, snow sport, mountain/rock climbing, equestrian, and paddlesport helmets as well as hard hats used in construction, utility maintenance, material moving, dock loading, and airport baggage handling, to give the wearer shade and protection from the sun. The brim apparatus includes a center section having a size for fitting about a circumference of the sports helmet and a visor outwardly or radially extending from the center section. In one brim apparatus the center section features a stop surface that opposes an upper surface of the visor when the apparatus is affixed to the headgear such that the visor is prohibited from flipping upwards or sliding down or coming off during use.
Helmet with impact tracking
A helmet for tracking impact including at least one sensor, a processor in communication with the sensor and a storage file in communication with the processor, the at least one sensor measures a force applied to the helmet and sends a signal to the processor indicative of the measured force. The processor receives the signal indicative of the measured force and compares the measured force to a predetermined value, wherein if the measured force exceeds the predetermined value data is sent to the storage file to record the measured force. The helmet can include an alarm system and/or an injury tracking system.
