A data transmission cable includes a plurality of juxtaposed wires, a plastic layer enclosing on the wires integrally and a metallic shielding layer arranged on an outer side of the plastic layer. The metallic shielding layer defines a first shielding layer and a second shielding layer separated from each other and opposite to each other, the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer cover opposite sides of the plastic layer in a direction perpendicular to an arrangement direction of the wires, and both lateral edges of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer in a width direction do not extend beyond the plastic layer.

FLEXIBLE FLAT CABLE

A flexible flat cable includes a low-dielectric adhesive layer, a plurality of conductors, two shielding layers and two insulating protective layers. These conductors are located inside the low-dielectric adhesive layer and are spaced apart. The two shielding layers are laminated individually to the upper and lower surfaces of the low-dielectric adhesive layer. The two insulating protective layers are laminated individually to the two shielding layers.

Wiring harness assembly

A wiring harness assembly includes a first flexible planar wire cable having a first plurality of separated conductors formed in a first insulating layer comprising a first substantially flat exterior surface, a second flexible planar wire cable having a second plurality of separated conductors formed in a second insulating layer comprising a second substantially flat exterior surface, and a first plurality of apertures formed in the first substantially flat exterior surface and a second plurality of apertures formed in the second substantially flat exterior surface. The first and second plurality of apertures are sized, shaped, and arranged such that an electrical connection is made between the first and second plurality of separated conductors through the first and second plurality of apertures.

Flat cable assembly

The application discloses a flat cable assembly, which includes a plurality of cables arranged in a row and an insulating film. The cables have a center line and include connecting portions, a signal wire and a grounding wire respectively. The connection portions are located on one side of the center line. The insulating film is disposed on the connecting portion of any one of the cables and located on one side of the central line. The cables are exposed from the insulating film. The insulating film is disposed on a single side of the cables, whereby the cables are exposed from the insulating film. The flat cable assembly is easily manufactured and the amount of the cables therein can be varied according to real practice condition. The grounding wire is integrated to each cable, whereby the flat cable assembly has an excellent anti-EMI effect and performance in signal transmission.

An electric wire includes a flat stranded conductor having a flat shape in cross sectional view and configured by a plurality of conductive wires each having a wire diameter of 1.2 mm or less and which are stranded to each other, and a flat covering portion that is an insulator and covers the flat stranded conductor. The flat covering portion has a uniform elongation of 43.5% or more.

HIGH SPEED INTERFACE

A flat flexible cable (FFC) is configured to facilitate high-speed communications, such as USB Superspeed 3.0 signals, between processors. The FFC includes at least two differential signal pairs arranged directly adjacent to one another on opposite sides of an isolation gap consisting of non-conductive material. The size of the isolation gap may be tailored in proportion to the frequency of signals supported by the FFC.

A flexible flat cable includes an upper bonding adhesive layer and a lower bonding adhesive layer bonded together, a plurality of bare wires being sandwiched, an upper metal shielding layer located on an upper side of the upper bonding adhesive layer and adhesively attached to the upper bonding adhesive layer, and a lower metal shielding layer located on a lower side of the lower bonding adhesive layer and adhesively attached to the lower side of the lower bonding adhesive layer. The flexible flat cable does not need to be provided with an insulating material layer. It is small in size and simplified in structure. It not only can meet requirements of industries for characteristic impedance and insertion loss, but also can greatly reduce the cost, which in turn better satisfies the important issue of cost considerations of the industries.

Door wiring module

A door wiring module includes: a door functional planar member; a wiring member wired on and held by the door functional planar member; and an exterior member in which a part of the wiring member extending to an outer side from the door functional planar member and incorporated into the door is wired and held. The door wiring module is provided to be able to be folded so that the exterior member overlaps with the door functional planar member before being incorporated into the door, and is incorporated into the door in a state where the exterior member is developed.
