Provided are a stretchable wire tape for a textile that can maintain high levels in all of stretchability, electrical conductivity, durability, an insulating property, and design and can also have a reduced production cost, wearable devices, and a method for producing textiles having wires. The stretchable wire tape for the textile includes a stretchable electrically conductive wire, and stretchable insulating films each including a first face and a second face opposite to the first face, the stretchable insulating films being bonded to opposite sides of the stretchable electrically conductive wire on their first faces. Since the stretchable insulating films are bonded to the opposite sides of the stretchable electrically conductive wire via bonding layers, durability and an insulating property can be secured while stretchability and electrical conductivity of the electrically conductive wire can be maintained, and design can also be improved.

Wiring member and arrangement structure of wiring member

A wiring body includes a wire-like transmission member and a base member to which the wire-like transmission member is fixed. A temporary joint part joins portions where a first part and a second part mutually extending in an opposite side from a bending position in the wiring body overlap with each other in a state where the wiring body is bended in an intermediate portion of the wire-like transmission member in an extension direction to maintain a bending state of the wiring body. The temporary joint part is formed to be able to resolve a state of joining the first part and the second part by a relative separation movement of the first part and the second part.

Flexible cable assembly for medical implantation

An electrical cable assembly amenable to implantation into a body includes a flexible cable. The flexible cable includes a dielectric substrate, a conductor lead for conducting an electrical signal, a conductive barrier layer, and an overmold layer. The conductor lead is embedded within and surrounded by the dielectric substrate. The conductive barrier layer surrounds the dielectric substrate and encases the dielectric substrate and conductor lead in a cavity. The conductive barrier layer is a continuous material layer that is neither braided nor spiral wrapped and provides a hermetic barrier formed of a metallic or inorganic material. The overmold layer provides one or more of mechanical protection or strain relief to the conductive barrier layer.

WIRING MEMBER

A wiring member includes: a wire-like transmission member including a transmission wire body and a covering for covering the transmission wire body; a sheet material to which the wire-like transmission member is fixed; and a cover formed of a material different from a material of the covering, covering the wire-like transmission member from a side opposite to the sheet material, and fixed to the sheet material, wherein the sheet material includes a first fixing part to which the covering is directly fixed and a second fixing part which is directly fixed to the cover more easily than the first fixing part and to which the cover is directly fixed.

HIGH DENSITY SHIELDED ELECTRICAL CABLE AND OTHER SHIELDED CABLES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS

A shielded electrical ribbon cable includes adjacent first and second longitudinal conductor sets where each conductor set includes two or more insulated conductors. The first conductor set also includes a ground conductor that generally lies in the plane of the insulated conductors of the first conductor set. At least 90% of the periphery of each conductor set is encompassed by a shielding film. First and second non-conductive polymeric films are disposed on opposite sides of the cable and form cover portions substantially surrounding each conductor set, and pinched portions on each side of each conductor set. When the cable is laid flat, the distance between the center of the ground conductor of the first conductor set and the center of the nearest insulated conductor of the second conductor set is σ1, the center-to-center spacing of the insulated conductors of the second conductor set is σ2, and σ1/σ2 is greater than 0.7.

Flexible flat cable

A flexible flat cable capable of increasing space utilization in electronic devices by including a folding portion and by forming an independent conducting wire portion. The flexible flat cable includes a base film provided to extend in a first direction and configured to be foldable, a first conducting wire provided to extend in the first direction on the base film and including a first terminal provided at one end thereof and a first folding area terminal provided at the other end thereof, and a second conducting wire disposed next to the first conducting wire in the first direction, and including a second terminal provided at one end thereof and a second folding area terminal provided at the other end thereof, the second folding area terminal arranged spaced apart from the first folding area terminal of the first conducting wire in the first direction.

WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY

A flexible planar wire cable includes a first flexible planar wire having first conductor segments contained in a first longitudinal plane and second conductor segments contained in a second longitudinal plane. First connection segments extend between the first conductor segments and the second conductor segments. The first conductor segments alternate with second conductor segments along a longitudinal axis of the wire harness assembly. The cable further includes a second flexible planar wire having third conductor segments contained in the second longitudinal plane and fourth conductor segments contained in the first longitudinal plane. Second connection segments extend between the third conductor segments and the fourth conductor segments. The third conductor segments alternate with the fourth conductor segments along the longitudinal axis of the flexible planar wire cable. The cable also includes an insulating layer separating and encasing the first and second flexible planar wires.

ELECTRIC CABLE

The present disclosure provides an electric cable, comprising two signal conductors, a resin insulating layer, an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film, an electromagnetic shielding film, two ground conductors, and a covering layer. The resin insulating layer covers the two signal conductors. The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film covers the resin insulating layer. The electromagnetic shielding film covers the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film. The two ground conductors are disposed at two sides of the electromagnetic shielding film. The cladding layer clads the electromagnetic shielding film and the two ground conductors. Through the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film, the electric cable can be applied to compact products, and the electric cable can be highly flexible such that the signal transmission performance would not be affected after being repeatedly bent.
